McDonald's

Let's be honest. No matter what, we're all going to go to McDonalds because it's fast and easy. Not for the customer service and not for the high quality of food. It's comforting and quick. Usually the food is totally fine, the quality we've all come to expect at McDonalds. Sometimes you get some crap. Got breakfast for the family and most things were fine. I did receive a sausage patty that was over cooked. It was edible but a little tougher. The real pièce de résistance was the hash brown. It was crazy over cooked, hard as a rock. If I had more I could've built a real nice outdoor oven with these things. Really, really bad.Now I could say I won't go back to this McDonalds but eventually I totally will. It's convenient. My advice is to double check your food before you drive away. Wouldn't want to break a tooth.

Came here on a Sunday at 10:45 AM. There was only two cars in the drive-through. And hardly anyone inside. Only one person in front of me. Which is amazing since it's usually busy at most McDonald's.Breakfast is served till 11 AM on weekends and 1030 on weekdays. Which is the only time I usually come to this place.I was greeted by the friendly cashier and was in and out in under five minutes. This is a record! there was plenty of parking in the lot and plenty of seating inside.

I love breakfast McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin with hashbrowns just make sure they serve it fresh

Big lunch equals small dinner! Drive-thru! LONG line! Moved at a medium pace. Two soft serve vanilla cones ordered in a cup. The worker was very kind at check out! Dinner time! Got it ready per usual. Fantastic soft serve vanilla cone and of course mother felt the same.Good service and delicious soft serve vanilla cones!Highly recommended!

I really wish there was a way for employees here to be held accountable for their actions. I really dislike coming onto yelp and leaving negative reviews but I really felt the need to come on here to point out how absolutely rude and incompetent the staff here at this specific location is. I ordered at the kiosk, the machine didn't print out a receipt. So I proceed to go to the front counter to kindly ask for one. I asked once and was told "oh it's okay your order will be out shortly" I tell the cashier "right, but i would still like my receipt and I would like to know what my order number is so I can pick up the correct one" he proceeds to tell me "well did you pay?" At what point is a solution being presented with this interaction. ‍ So I never got a receipt, I got my order number though. Once my order number was called, I went to pick it up. I tell the lady thank you & instead of saying anything at all she feels it's appropriate to mad dog me. I didn't get a single sauce I had ordered nor did I receive any napkins at all. As a customer, I feel as though the staff here is projecting their hatred for their jobs onto customers. As a bartender myself I find that unacceptable and honestly, it's disgusting.

workers are always messing up!!! they panic or your stuck waiting!!! to order in the drive thru! manager unique says oh im sorry about that how that gonna make me a happy customer??? i'm hungry and irritated

I mobile ordered cookie totes. When I pulled up all the mobile order spots were taken so I just went through the drive thru, confirmed my order with the staff and they told me to park and wait. I waited for over 45 minutes for cookies. When I saw other customers waiting and finally getting out of their cars to see what was going on I decided to as well . I understand McDonald's is always busy but that is up to the managers to keep everyone on their toes and provide good service to their customers! Never going to this McDonalds again. Also some of the employees were on their phones!

This place gets zero stars from me! Rude, unprofessional. they gave me half of my order and I had to wait 15 minutes to get the rest of my food! The cashier seemed untrained and what I assume was the shift manager just had the dirtiest look on her face. They need to train these people to just be decent human beings, never mind the horrible customer service! Ridiculous

I ordered 4 mcchickens no lettuce then they put lettuce on all of them and one without bread ?? How does that work then I drive home to see there's chewed up gum in a wrapper in my fries that's just ridiculous!!! I've never experienced this before, so unsanitary all the manager said was sorry about that no refund or extra food or nothing seems to me she didn't care I bet they didn't even care to see who the worker was that did that,disrespectfully a** workers why work if your not gonna do your job right!!!!!!

They need major work on there service and quality. You will be ignored for the longest time and they will literally throw your food in a bag they gave me a HASHBROWN inside a huge plastic bag
