McDonald's

Lightning fast drive-thru service. Thank you for always being so friendly and quick! You definitely give me tons of free time on my lunch hour. I probably visit this location more than I should. If I ever forget to pack my lunch, I know this McDonald's would not disappoint. They consistently get my order quick and correct.

This was my childhood McDonalds when I used to live here and I took my nephews here tonight and Al though the neighborhood is still the same the service hasn't changed. Beside the self order screens the gentlemen, Andrew, was so kind to my mother and nephews and I really appreciate that small kindness gesture especially in a place you'd probably never expect it. Small things go a long way so thank you!

This is the most portly run business I've ever seen. They prioritize door dash and drive through orders over customers who come INSIDE. We waited 35 minutes for breakfast and our food was cold and incomplete.

Just there for a sweet tea when we were out running errands. The drive through had a line, but it went pretty quick. The employees we interacted with were all friendly. A large sweet tea is only $1.00 (sodas, too). You can't beat that and the sweet tea at McDonald's is really good.

Crazy. you have the option to do curb pick up or drive through. I picked drive through and still have to park curbside for them to finish my order. what's the point of giving an option if we end up having to wait anyway

I've never been much of a fast food person but one thing I will get about twice a year is a sausage, cheese McMuffin with egg breakfast combo. Picked up my husband from the airport this morning bright and early. We were both hungry and decided to hit the Golden Arches. I hadn't been here in about a year. Virtually no wait in the drive thru which was nice. Got up to the second window and we were told to pull up front and wait because it would be 3 minutes for the hash browns. We waited about 15 minutes. Guy in the car next to us waiting for his food got so frustrated he yelled out,"Omg! Where is my f...ing food!" Seriously on a Saturday morning there is a hash brown shortage? Lol. I get that stuff happens. Maybe people called in sick or something. Unfortunately the breakfast sandwiches are horrible now. My expectations aren't high. I get this is McDonald's but they were nasty. Idk how they could possibly cut corners on meat costs any more than they were before but something has changed. The meat tasted like nothing. The whole little sandwich was just bad. Egg was so over cooked I spit out pieces of hard egg white. Apparently it's really hard to assemble too. Cheese hanging off one side so there is none on the other side. Everything askew on the English muffin. Apparently making a little breakfast sandwich is hard, um Kay! Maybe everyone at this location has glaucoma and is using medical marijuana at work or just hung over from Friday night. The hash brown was not worth waiting for but I didn't care I knew what to expect. Coffee is pretty good. Who knew McDonald's could get even worse. Was that even meat I ate? Lol lol. I ate about half the sandwich and losses the rest. It was total crap.

Wtf is this? I payed 2.29 for this? Asked for more they told me that's how it is. I've never gotten a ice cream like this.

Worst fucking customer service ever. Walked in and bought some food and the cashier just threw the fucking change at me and left. Also I asked for a m and m shake and they gave me a fucking oreo McFlurry. The wait wasn't long but also the fries were cold and the mchicken didn't have any mayo in it.

I went to this McDonald at around 2:30am and there was a younger Hispanic girl who had black hair tied up working. I went through drive through to order but she said that they are all on a 30 minute break so they can't take my order. now I use to work at McDonald night shift back then too, usually when one is on a break, the other one takes over cash register. McDonald's is 24/7...so idk if this a new thing now or not. But I imagine if they had 10 cars suddenly pulling up at drive through, is she going to turn them all away too? "Sorry we are on a break, come back later." ???? Now do know, I was the only person they had that time. Nobody else in drive through, Lobby is closed at this time. Ok sure whatever understandable, everyone needs their breaks and it's only 30 minutes so that's fine. Now check this out.. she said they were all on a break right? In about 10-15 minutes after I pulled out of drive through trying to figure out which other McDonald is nearby..they were handing Uber eats their McDonald bags through drive though. Okay?? She didn't have to lie. so I guess the only way to get your food is if you order online! They can't refuse those! Anyway I followed uber car at the window, and that's where I met her and said I wanted to order something. she looked at me all dumb founded and said "uhhh what did you order?" Just a simple 6 piece is all. anyway they did get the order going. I'm not surprised if they spat in my food or smeared it across the ground. She didn't have to lie to me is all I'm saying.

Poor customer service and not the first time it's happened! They need to be more accurate and efficient in filling orders and give equal attention to their INSIDE customers ...not just Drive thru and Food deliverers!
