Asked for no Mayo. Says "no Mayo" on the receipt, but this is what I get. This happens every time I go here. They mess something up.
Chicken & bacon biscuit with honey sauce. But apparently hold the bacon and sauce. Who told then to do that? I sure as hell didn't.

Getting something cold that sounds good! 2 soft serve Vanilla cones ordered in a cup Drive-thru taken. Long line that moved fast! The worker was very kind and gave good day wishes after handing over soft serve vanilla cones. Dinner time! Soft serve vanilla cones were delicious! Great service and delicious soft serve cones! Highly recommended!

The service is great. The employees are welcoming and always say have a good day with a smile when handing you the food.However ITS SOOO WARM inside. If you want to sit down inside to enjoy your meal think again. I feel so bad for the employees that work in the kitchen. It feels like it's 95 degrees! The bag said locally owned or family owned (don't remember) so I hope the owners aren't being cheap cutting corners with the AC to save money! I go often please fix this.

Service was terrible terrible terrible! It was 1 PM, and yes, there were a lot of cars but we were only ordering 2/4 pounders with cheese and fries. My daughter ordered fries on app to get cheaper rate when we pull up. They wouldn't let us order hamburgers. They said we'd have to wait in line and go around again never heard of such thing. We tried canceling the fries and order the hamburger instead they wouldn't let us we had to drive around and get in line again they refuse service to us. Worst experience ever. Additionally, the girl taking the orders said they don't accept paper coupons although our coupon book says that address does when the manager talk to us she said yes they do take paper coupons. Just bad service all around.

I mobile ordered two meals and when I came to the drive through they told me I would have to pick up one meal and then go through the drive through again to pick up the other one... Food was adequate (just because it was Mcd's). Service was mediocre at best, a worker scoffed at me and cursed under her breath when I asked for more sauce.

Staff needs better training. I asked about a deal that was displayed. I showed the young man the picture and he said they dont serve that. I said ok, gave him my $20. He gave me my change and dropped everything into my hand and change fell lol. I thought it was funny cause all I did was ask a question . Got my food and still ate it, ain't gonna get cancel over a few coins dropping through the drive thru lmao.Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Wendy's or Taco Bell. Ain't got a problem there yet lol.

I'm usually pretty happy with McD's, but far less than happy when they can't seem to get my order right. They put an extra hash brown on my order and didn't bother to double check with me before sending it up. Then when I get home my "chicken & bacon biscuit with honey sauce" is just chicken on a dry biscuit. Picture included.Being in a rush is no excuse to do half-assed work.

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ANY STAR IF I COULD BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS.Marissa from the drive thru was VERY rude and so disrespectful. First of all, they got our order wrong so I tired to tell them while picking up my order. I told Marissa about it and she said well you have to pay the difference. We did not mind at all and let her know that we did not have any cash on us but we can pay with apple pay or card. She then refused and said that we can only pay using cash because it is the difference or we can drive back all the way around the drive thru line to pay again. This was so incovenient and such a terrible experience. We had no choice but to drive all the way around but then Marrisa whatever her name is because she also refused to give us her name and jus said her name was Marrisa. When we got to the window, she then proceeded to tell us that now we had to pay .57 cents difference and when we asked for a reason she said it was because of taxes. Why would I be paying more taxes when I already paid it for a drink I did not even want. I wanted a medium coke freeze and they charged and gave us a medium drink. I am never coming here with my family ever again and will let everyone know about this horrible horrible service and experience that these people provided. They were laughing AT US and making jokes inside while we were waiting for them to reprint the receipt for us because they also REFUSED to give us the phone number for their corporate office. This is the worst experience I have had with Mcdonald's that I felt the need to write this complaint. These girls did not even have their name tags on and refused to give up their names proceeding to keep us in the drive thru line while others were waiting. I think that both of them need to get RETRAINED for customer service and listening to the orders more accurately to prevent this situation from happening. It was MERELY 50 cents that we were GLAD and more than willing to pay, we just did not have cash with us. I expect some type of resolution regarding this situation because I simply refuse to be treated in that way ever again. That was such a humiliating and simply such an upsetting occurence. ALL employees should be wearing a name tag and they should be able to provide the corporate number as well as their names for references. No employee should be giggling laughing when they get OUR order wrong and make us pay MORE than what we were supposed to. This situation could have been avoided and it could have handled in a much more professional manner. I handed that girl my phone and let her know that she can take it to use for apple pay and even said I had my physical card as well but she told us that we couldn't use that and we can only pay with the exact cash? Is it expected for customers to carry cash on them at all times? This is a ridiculous and targeted situation. Usually all employess would wear a nametag with their first name and the last initial of their last name and she looked at me confused and said I cannot give you my name. I want this to be escalated and I want a resolution to this. We are paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect. They did not even offer any consololation for messing up our order and they couldn't even accomodate to the fact we did not have cash on us but we can pay using our phone or our cards. We DID NOT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY. WE WERE LAUGHED AT THRU THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW FOR ASKING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. Marissa refused to get another person to deescalate the process and referred to herself as the manager in charge. Again, this is a horrible horrible experience Mcdonald's. We should be able to get our orders correctly. We should not have to drive all the way around to the drive thru to pay for the difference between the drink I wanted and the drink I paid for because of THEIR own incompetence. Corporate will hear about this.
