Came again still not diet Dr Pepper at all don't understand why this keeps getting mixed up. I'm starting to feel like it's on purpose at this point .

6/12/23Another soft serve vanilla cone run to put in the freezer to have tomorrow! Long line! Moved fast! The worker was kind! Two ordered in a cup to go. Paid and received shortly later with good day wishes! Soft serve vanilla cones look delicious! Great service too! Highly recommended!

Went into this location today and never in my life have I been discriminated. I went in to pay cash at the register and the cashier who is Hispanic has lashes and tattoos everywhere told to me to go to the kiosk and order what I want and then pay cash at the register. Not a problem but treat everyone and make everyone do the same. Right after that she proceeded to take orders there at the cashier for all white men. Never coming back to this location. Don't make other people of color go through a whole process and make a certain race have it easy for them. Very rude and disrespectful and disgusting. Will be contacting corporate

1. This specific location has TERRIBLE work ethic, the general manager has no idea what she is doing. The manager does not manage anything at all, I've noticed all she does is yell at her workers and treat them like dogs! 2.Customer service and time management, I understand McDonald's has rush hours but waiting in a lobby for 20+ minutes is completely outrageous. Especially when I am door-dashing due to my clients expecting me to deliver their food at a certain time the same way I expect McDonald's to have the food ready at a certain time and workers there to assist me and when I tried to catch a workers attention. They would ignore me or give attitude. 3. Anytime I try calling this McDonald's through the phone number given on google, they never answer and if they do they immediately hang up. 4. Every. Single. time. I walk in to pick up an order, the general manager gives me disgusting attitude.

There's ALWAYS something missing so before you drive off check your bag. Because they will just steal from you if the can get away with it.

Emergency Door alarm in the play place was going off every 45 seconds , manager said that the door is suppose to make that noise. I told her I had been to the McDonald's 100 times with the kids and it never made that noise. Manager doubled down and said it was normal ! The alarm is clearly low on batteries . It was like talking to a wall talking to the manager. Had to leave with the kids because they could not tolerate the sound.

This McDonald's sucks!! They tell you to use the app to get their deals but the app doesn't work and charges you full price for the food you're supposed to get free (or a deal on)! On top of that even when you go through the effort to customize your food.. without onions in my case.. they still put them on! So they had bad customer service, were rude and couldn't even follow simple instructions to not mess up my order... I knew I should've just went home instead of getting crappy overpriced junk
