McDonald's

Happy Days are here again recently went to McDonald's for my family and picked up some yummy items. Great news the McRib is back for a limited time at a reasonable price. I enjoy going to this McDonald's location due to its convenience and its cleanliness. Overall the service is wait time no more than 15 minutes depending on your order. I prefer to do curbside pickup compare to long lines at the drive thru. We highly recommend McDonalds for fast food needs.

So the horrible app decided to take my money but delete my order sometime on my way to pick up the food. When a business takes money but provides no product or service this is called stealing. A little better understanding and helpfulness from employees would have diffused the situation. Telling me to wait for the system to give me my money back, There's nothing we can do, Is not cool when you've just been robbed

I was over charged for a coffee that came with the meal I ordered. When I pulled forward to try and figure out what the problem was, the guy who caused the problem moved to the pickup window and laughed at me while I was trying to figure it out. Worst customer service ever!!! I wasn't even given the coffee I paid TWICE for!!!

7/18/23It's hot! Soft serve vanilla cones are a perfect cool down! Drive-thru! Long line that moved quickly! Two ordered to-go and the worker was very kind. Dinner time! I got it ready per usual! Soft serve tones were delicious and mother thought so too! Good service and great soft serve vanilla cones! Highly recommended!

I usually don't have any issues with this location. Food is mostly fresh. Will follow most dietary request like no salt. The only thing is sometimes they dont run the same promotion because it's a franchise. Other than that, I have no problems with them. As far as the location, you can either turn in at the light or there is another entance (side street). SE corner of Herndon and Cedar. Plenty of parking.

When i first came to this mcdonald's i was greeted with such respect and i felt so welcomed and everything was so delicious im definitely coming back again!!!

I went here with my cousin it's so much bad service and they forget half of are food don't come here it's a slow

Clean and staff was helpful. The young kid working 10/21/24 around noon in the dining room was super friendly.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a mobile order, and when I pulled up to the speaker, a lady asked for our code. The code was provided, and the lady asked if she could cancel my order that was already paid for.... She stated that they were only selling lunch and the order that I had was suddenly nowhere to be found anymore. I asked to speak to the manager, who said that her name was FAIBI OR FOBBY (female). She stated that she was the Area manager... she did not understand whatsoever. I explained that my order had already been processed and that we could get accommodated with Lunch food instead of breakfast. The Area manager, Faibi, stated, "We don't do things like that," ... when, in fact, I have worked at McDonald's before as a teenager. Most definitely, my area managers were never Rude like this Area manager; also, I asked to speak to someone else who could give me answers. She stated that she was the highest manager around.....so I hope that Area Supervisor Faibi's boss is reading this review...I hope they would learn to respect and accommodate customers...and to give good customer service to people. There's no need to be rude and not understanding when you work in customer service.

I go to this McDonald's because it's my favorite and closest. But tonight I took a bite out of a sticker? Inside of my burger was a literal piece of paper. Yuck.
