McDonald's

I only go here because it's close to work, other than that I wouldn't. It's such a hit or a miss here, sometimes the employees are hella rude. I went one time and used a deal and the employee argued with me about the coupon that said get the Big Mac meal for $7 but no she argued and said it's buy one get one free. I was irritated with them and I even showed my phone to her so she can see what it said. The manager wouldn't even make it right. They're always in a rush, never have fresh fries, they throw the burger together and make them look all sloppy.

I love this place because it has a play area for the kids! It's a great place for parents to hang out and eat while kids get run around. For that reason I always support restaurants like this.You can download the app on your phone and have your order delivered to your table. Usually there is a deal worth cashing on in as well. The restaurant is not always very clean and it bothers me so much to watch them clean the tables with wet rags. The workers are like robots lol they literally have zero people skills. The orders come without napkins and they don't have any out for customers to get without standing at the counter. I know they want to automate everything but they have to improve the ability for the customer to get the things they need without asking if that's the case.All that being said you'll still find it's worth the visit as a tired parent.

The worse McDonald's in Clovis or fresno. I have never had to go to curb side every time I order a mocha. Then I am waiting 7-11 minutes outside of drive thru. This location needs to figure it out. I had not one car behind me today and they still had me do this

I frequent Mcdonalds. I can assure you this is the WORST Mcdonalds in Fresno/Clovis. The workers and managers DO NOT CARE and it's acceptable to be rude and it's ok to not apologize when they make serious errors and snal at you when you tell them.

Aparently making 20 dollars an hour makes you too good to acknowledge customers or help them order a QPw/cheese meal... I literally stood at the counter saying excuse me until I felt uncomfortably embarrassed. Why are you even still open. I walked out without. Not that anyone even knew. Put cashiers back or just close. You literally provide zero service. I'm still hungry and now I am.mad. I'll be spending my money elsewhere

Was a little messier today. The food tasted good as usual, and the service was also good. A little worse on the atmosphere of the restaurant as there was ketchup smudged , overall still a great place!

Last review was almost 6 months ago, and unfortunately going through the drive-through this time was not any better. Still had to wait an additional 20 minutes at the parked kiosk after I had ordered. Management needs to seriously do something about it. How does the service get worse each time I return.

today order a fry and soda off their $1/$2/$3 menu.. got to register and they rang up full price. Cashier cared less and got back scrolling on his cellphone. Asked for manager. She came and checked and then told me nothing she could do on digital menu and I had to pay full price. Didnt even offer me the $1 price! I told her I would call corporate and she said- "Be my guest!" DOLLAR MENU AT THIS MCDONALDS DOES NOT EXIST!

You need to have people working at the counter inside. Im standing in line with 11 people waiting and nobody is helping anyone. People can't even get drinks refilled. The elderly people don't know how to order on kiosks and nobody is helping them.
