McDonald's

Came here for the playback. Extremely filthy and their hand sanitizer is empty. You can tell nobody cleans in there. All the tables were nasty. I was there for over an hr and not one time did anyone wipe down anything or even sweep all the food on the floor. If you see the pictures, my large fries was more like a medium serving and my daughters fries literally only had 7 fries. There was no fries in the bag either. Now I get why they have terrible reviews. My big Mac was okay so that's why it's a 2 instead of 1. Terrible location. Whoever is in charge here needs to hire better people

First off, I don't go to McDonald's very much since my kids are adults. However, was with my youngest granddaughters. This place is fairly new and from the outside, very impressive. Walking into this place, no one mans the counter. We used the kiosk and found every table a mess. One employee was in the dining area taking a break. It took awhile to get someone to clean the table and when it she was done, went right to the back. Apparently the dining area was up to her standards... when our food was delivered, received a single napkin for the 4 of us! Again, took us a long time just to get napkins. I'm not Lovin it...

Stop ignoring your front counter. Give them the same respect you give drive thru. And when bagging an order ..give ketchup, salt, a straw for their drink (none in dining room) and napkins. Horrible service here.

This McDonald's typically gets my order wrong and if they do get it right they forget some sauces. They get my order correct 75% of the time. I'd recommend to go to the one on Willow.

Hey McDonald's every single McDonald's every single guys that works with McDonald's I don't like your service you told us to get out there go out the door that ain't right are you people and clean the boss that's in charge of McDonald's and guess what you tell us to don't bring my whole lunch or whole months and you tell us that about my people who work for that ain't right Dynamite that ain't right all because we're bringing home all because of that and they're still doing that to us for McDonald's I don't like your service definitely I don't like a service because of tongue you're telling us that don't bring how much for my people that who I work for and that's going to stop too definitely that's got stop got it right also you going to tell your big boss going to tell your big boss about it too and the head aren't you and a boss that you work for for McDonald's that right all I got to say well good luck on your Big Mac good luck good luck on a Big Mac we are brand new black goodbye Mason Paul's

Brother my granddaughter here to get her out of the house while her mom's sick. I ordered from my phone on the app for table service, put our table number in as instructed. After 19 minutes of waiting in view of the cashier I went to ask. The young man said is coming right now. 5 minutes later he called my name ama handed me a bag. I asked for the water and drink which he had no idea what that was. The food was not correct, missing items but at that point I was over it. I ordered French fries with no salt as my granddaughter has kidney disease. Of course they were salted. This was a treat for her so I didn't want to make her wait another 20 minutes fire her for. EPIC FAILURE MC DONALDs!!!

Drive thru Service line was quick, so we thought. Had to wait on the side at the stall number just for 4 hashbrown and 4 sausage cheese egg mcgriddles which took about 20 min wait!! Meanwhile i was looking around and other drivers before me had to pull Up to wait too ! And i seen come out was a small bag for there order smh . Ridiculous i hd to go in complain to get my food. Other than that they have outdoor seating. My drink was not a disappointment.

Always sending us to wait after going through drive through, I'm more surprised if they give me the food at the window. Then it takes so long for them to send someone to run the food out.. it's just we go through drive-through for a reason

Paying $20 an hour to do half ass job, worst caramel frappe ever made, didn't even fully blend it, half of it is just ice.

Awful. You go through the drive thru to get a quick meal to be directed to a parking spot where you wait 10-15 mins minimum.Yea no thanks. For what you pay for a meal now go get better service somewhere else
