They did an excellent job! Super professional, quick and easy to work with. We just bought a house with weird spots everywhere on the carpet and when they weee done, it looked like new. I would definitely use them for all our future use.

Exceptional company very professional I was called the day before to verify the arrival time - they were on time. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very professional and very thorough. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I had a spot in the middle of my living room and he was able to take it out. I I found this company through a friend and from now on I will always recommend them to any of my friends.

Service was easy to arrange over the phone. The gentleman arrived on time and was willing to wear a mask when he entered my home. I appreciated that. The carpet was spotless when he finished about an hour later and the price was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in giving this company a 5 star recommendation and will call again. I also appreciate they are a family run local business.

I called for an estimate, got a quick response from Terri, Scheduled an appointment for the following day. I thought the speed with which they responded meant they were not busy which may translate to not good. I was so wrong and I am so glad. Brent arrived as scheduled and cleaned our stained, dirt trodden, stair carpet that I was ready to rip out. He did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use them again. He is indeed a master of his craft.

I called on Friday for an estimate to clean my office carpet and Brent came over within the hour. Carpet cleaning was scheduled for the following weekend. He arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job. This office carpet is at least 15 years old but looks nearly new again.Thanks Brent!

This company cleaned the carpet in a rental property and I found them grossly overpriced. (They insisted on vacuuming the carpet, although I explained that it had been vacuumed by both a professional house cleaning service and myself.) Their response to my call, however, was quick at a time when the pandemic was just starting to be an issue and I am veery appreciative of that fact. They did do a very thorough job of cleaning the carpet, and I had no stains reappear.My big frustration at the time was that I never received a receipt despite having called them repeatedly. Due to my previously negative review, the owner quickly reached out to me and immediately e-mailed me a receipt. I now have what is needed for my tax records and am satisfied.

We had Brent come back for our Spring cleaning that included carpet and aggregate floors. Did I mention we have 9 month old puppy! Excellent results, clean and fresh smelling. We can always relay on Masters Touch to do the job right. Brent is personable and professional. Thanks Masters Touch!
