I've been going to nail salons for 35 years. I've been going here for the last couple years. I usually just go in for pedicures and have a couple go-to ladies that I'm comfortable with. I'm sorry to report that the owner (Amy? - who sits in the front and only does nails) is loud, bossy, rude, argumentative, disrespectful, and dismissive. In her store, the customer is always wrong (not right). As a very observant person, I have witnessed her unprofessional attitude during each and every visit. The last time I visited, I made the mistake of letting her do my nails (full set) only because my usual girl from a different salon recently moved away. It was the worst set I've ever had and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. She was not precise, or take any obvious pride in her work. The whole experience felt rushed, sloppy and lazy. She argued with me about my length preference (short), and shaped them like ugly fat almonds even though I showed her a picture of exactly the shape/length I wanted. I should have known better after the last 2 customers before me also complained to her about their dissatisfaction of her work, and as usual, she responded with attitude and indifference. She rudely attempted to re-shape my nails before the gel polish application, but I had it with her attitude at that point and just picked up the nail file and assertively re-shaped them myself while she walked away to do something else. She's the worst. Never again.

Service is good but I'm not sure if they pay attention to details. The lady made me bleed like a lot because she was not paying attention and excessively file my nails with force. They also got upset at me for not using their ATM. I don't know what the issue was, as the past two times I've been here, I would pay with my card. I was assertive and asked to just used my card AS USUAL. The owner gave me an attitude, took my card aggressively, and shoo me away when I was done . I was charged just fine swiping my card. After that I stopped coming here.

I came in for a pedicure. Wasn't sure if I should stay because there were bad reviews but there had only been seven reviews. The girl that did my toes, did a great job. They didn't take forever. The massage was good and the polish came out great. So I have no complaints. Overall the service is great. It could be a little more organized, but I really love my toes!

Asked for a gel manicure, she offered me dip. I agreed and yet she didn't give me a manicure and still charged me $40. She proceeded to tell me you don't need to cut your cuticle with dip. My cuticles look like crap. I am a repeat customer and now I will never come back. I don't recommend this place

My nieces got their nails done there by Ellie & Cindy. Both were quick & efficient! The tools they used were brand new and clean. They both were understanding of the wants of my nieces & made sure they were happy. Plus the hand massages were great by Ellie!! Will definitely be coming back!

I got the younger lady with short hair to do my nails. She took about an hour and a half to finish which I love though because she took her time other places make you feel rushed

Whoever is the actual owner hopefully will read this. I'm not sure if it's the manager in charge... I don't know her name but she is so rude. I've witnessed her argue with customers several times. I've honestly never seen anything like it, and I've been getting my nails done for decades and patroned many many Vietnamese run salons. Like all salons, some technicians are outstanding. Tracy does amazing eyebrows, and Lily does great pedicures, but today I went in for a wax and the manager lady was so incredibly rude. She said they were busy, I said ok when can I come back, she just kept saying they were busy. I said OK aren't you open until 5PM (I went in Sunday at 10AM). Basically I was told to call. But it's the WAY in which she spoke to me, and the fact that she's like this all the time has left me thinking I'm DONE with Master Nails.

My wife's last experience here was terrible and her last time going here. We were the first customers there at 9am which makes this experience that much worse considering it wasn't busy & she was their first customer of the day. My wife came in for a new set, and asked if she could have her old set soaked off, the guy who greeted us seemed put off by this and asked why she didnt want a pedicure. She tells him that she just wanted a manicure this week. He then asks why she didn't want a fill, so she tells him she's had the set for a while & would prefer to have a new one & he again asked her why she wanted her current set soaked off. There were 3 other workers there who all asked her why she wanted the old set soaked off rather than a fill. Once they began taking off her old set, a larger man walked in for a pedicure and all 4 workers began to cater and actually obsess over this man. Often times the manicurist working on my wife's nails was more focused on staring at this man's feet while speaking in her native tongue with her 3 co workers while theyre all laughing. Amy often just left the nail station with my wife's hands soaking, causing her hands to be exposed to the chemicals for far longer than needed. After this Amy stopped working on my wife's nails to give another worker a pedicure, telling my wife "You have time right? I be right back". Upon returning she asks my wife what color she would like, my wife informs her that she wasn't offered the color options yet, so Amy tells her "its okay i do red and add hearts" and before my wife could respond, Amy is asking the man getting a pedicure where he lives. Which the man responds "in fresno. I used to come here with my wife" because clearly even he was put off by this. When Amy finally begins to do the acrylic/shape the nails, not only does she make one of my wife's fingers raw by grinding over it with the little nail drill, she cut not 1 not 2 but 3 cuts into different fingers of my wife. To the point where blood dripped from my wife's hand onto Amy's glove. Amy does not say sorry, does not offer any form of discount, or any sign of sympathy and angrily changes her gloves, then proceeds to squirt "alcohol" onto the cuts from an unmarked bottle. Amy was so focused on staring at that man's feet, she paid no attention to her responsibility & literally filed away into my wife's fingers despite my wife jerking her hands when it happened & politely telling Amy she had been cut. Time comes for the nails to be painted & my wife tells Amy she would like her nails to he painted pink (she just wants to leave now at this point). I ask Amy if she could be extra careful because of the new cuts on my wife's fingers, Amy tells me she already put "medicine" , which I respond that regardless of the "medicine" she should not have been cut to begin with & that her instruments are not properly sanitized so we really dont want nail polish in the cuts on top of what has already happened. Amy just half apologizes to me, not my wife, then begins to paint the nails. Once we go to checkout, we are charged with the full price of a soak off - new set, she tells me a fake sorry again, i say it didnt happen to me, she still doesnt tell my wife sorry, and to our knowledge she did not throw away the nail file that had my wife's blood on it. This was utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. We will never be coming back here, which my wife is actually saddened by because she has been a customer for a little while now. If you care about things being done properly, gently, and clean: do. Not. Come. Here. Above all, i am the most mind blown as to how someone can cause pain/damage to the point of blood coming out & not even care, and upon reading other comments apparently Amy is the owner? Ridiculous. Amy, i hope you step on a lego while pouring a fresh big cup of hot coffee, then spill it all over yourself. Be a better person.

I would not recommend going here. I came here since it was conveniently located to where I live. I requested for a gel mani and pedi and was done in 30 minutes. The tech that did my mani made me bleed and did not do a good job and my nails started chipping only after a few days.
