Clayton did a whole body massage recently and he did an amazing job, and especially on the areas where I asked him to focus --my back, neck and shoulders. This guy isn't messing around. If "deep tissue" (a more painful but ultimately more therapeutic) massage is your thing, Clayton is your guy. He's strong and he doesn't seem to tire out. While a deep tissue massage is more expensive (and more painful!) than a regular massage, it's definitely worth the extra money and pain if you have the sort of conditions that are fixed by that type of massage. When you sign up for deep tissue, you're not signing up for a relaxing little "spa experience" -- you're signing up for "I can get thru this" and "it feels so good when it stops." It's almost more of a medical procedure where at the end of it, you'll find you can move around much better for months afterward. It's worth it.I describe all this because -- if you want or need this type of massage, not everyone can deliver. I'm guessing it's hard to maintain that level of pressure for an hour. Clayton did great.I'm sure he also does other kinds of massages well too -- so just let him know what you want. He's super nice and I was very comfortable with him.His office is very pleasant, just him, and one big room, but there are curtains you can change behind. The temperature was kept very comfortable and he played relaxing music and the lights were dim. It was the typical / expected massage environment. Very nice. He's located in the Figarden Loop area.I get a massage about once a year -- if I ever win the lottery I'll go every couple weeks, but alas. So when I get a massage it needs to be a good one! This was great. When it's time for my next massage I'll definitely book with Clayton and wanted to give him my enthusiastic five stars, even though it might mean it's harder for me to book when the time comes. Clayton does a great job! He is prompt, courteous, and communicative about your issues and goals. The booking system is easy to use, the room is very relaxing, and the massage itself will leave you wondering why you didn't book sooner.

I was looking to get a massage for my Birthday & he did not fail. I had a really nice experience. He focused on my back & that was SO NICE. I'll be booking again soon.

UPDATE and still in 2023; when we visit family and friends or pass through Fresno. We make it a point to schedule an appointment with Clayton for an amazing and relaxing massage. There's soft music, dim lighting while you receive the luxurious and calming massage.

Clayton truly has a gift, an instinct, that he brings to every massage I have gotten. He brings some deep tissue healing every time!

Clayton is amazing! If you had many massages in your lifetime, you know how hard it is to find a good massage therapist. Clayton is a great example of professionalism, attention and right pressure. Clayton is the best of the best!!!Been going to him for over 6 years and I refuse to look elsewhere. He even reminds me when I take too long to schedule. He is attentive to your request and always asks if there's any injury or pain beforehand. Relaxing ambiance and the body always feels pampered afterwards.

Clayton was very professional and made me feel at ease. He uses the right amount of hand pressure and knows where all the pressure points are. He uses relaxing music while he treats his clients. At the end Clayton even gave me a refreshing bottle of cold purified water. His prices are reasonable too!
