Best Marshall's around. They do such a great job keeping the store organized considering the business they get daily. Everyone is so nice especially the manager.

If I could I would give it zero stars. My friend lost her phone in the store and we had search for it a while (unable to locate it at that moment), after having some friends locate it, it said the phone was near the front of the store. We had went up to the register three times asking if the phone was there and even provided a description of the phone and was told all three times by employees that no one has seen it. After being able to ping it we heard the phone coming from a drawer from the register. The same employees began acting clueless and said they didn't know we were looking for a phone (after we searched for more then an hour in there). When my friend said "yes that's the phone I've been looking for.", she was given a dirty look. Very sketchy unprofessional employees.

It's okay, better than Ross... I love the B&T section.It's nothing special just another Marshall but in the south valley, I normally just come to find shirts in, "tall" size since I don't wear speedo type of shirts like some males but I always seem to get lucky most of the time.I also like the shoes for kids, they usually have 5-10c size and like I said... You might get lucky. I don't stick to one store, sometimes you have to travel different towns and cities to find what you need and I don't have a problem with that.In other note I like this place, better than Ross and they are friendly and clean. I rate this place 3.5

Love this Marshall's !! All the employees are super sweet and outgoing!! Especially the manager Sylvia I was looking for something particular and she went over and above to help me find it !! I feel like good costumer service these days is rare but not here!! Will definitely stop by here again!!

As far as stores of this nature are concerned this isn't the best, but it is the better out of the two we have in the area. Really good finds for clothes and accessories are a hit or miss simply depending on the fashion season, if you go just at the start of a new season you can find fresh items relatively easily, however in between the start of each season the selection withers down quite a bit and you really have to dig. A plus is that at least the employees hear keep it relatively clean and organized, so you only have to dig, and not hunt. I love going to the home goods section, which is great anytime of the year. You can often find unique drinks, snacks, and seasonings that are well priced and worth giving a try at least once. A lot of what you find in this area comes from high end stores like macy's, so if you really liked it, it probably wouldn't be too hard to find. They also usually have a really good selection of head phones and ear buds. I recently bought some really great skull candy 50/50's for $24 vs the $50 they run else where. When it comes to earbuds I almost always go with this brand, and you can almost always find some there.I also got a really great car usb charger there for the cheap. This store is definitely one of those places you have to go in a walk around a least once a month, because you never know what you are going to find, but will always find something great. Note: only 4 stars simply because its NOT as good as it gets.

After having dinner at a nearby restaurant, I decided to burn a few calories by walking over to Marshalls. Browsing around stores like this can be fun and some good buys to be found. For a Tuesday evening, there were quite a few shoppers milling about. Some kids running hectically throughout the store with very little supervision. Since I needed a few things, went back to the housewares section and found a decent selection of goodies. Since I am basically rebuilding a home for myself, I decided to pick up a few "nice to have" items. Some of their prices are a bit much for products which come here to die.The store overall was clean considering its size, but there were very few employees on hand which made the check out a bit long. Overall it was okay, would come back again as the need arises.

I have been shopping at Marshall's for a couple years now and I love it. I love the variety and quality products that they offer. I however have available run into a frustrating situation. I bought a pair of altec lancing noise cancelling headphones for my son and wen I got home I charged them as instructed per the directions, and I was unable to successfully pair the headphones with any device as I have tried multiple. I have called altec Lansing customer service and they said they will send mea shipping label so I can mail the headphones back to them and they can inspect them diagnose the problem I need to fix them or replace them or send the same ones back. They said to allow 5 days for the shipping label to show up at my address. I waited almost two weeks before I give them a call back because the label never showed up. I called back the customer support and they said that they were emailed the shipping label to me. I gave it a few days For it to show up and it never did. So I called Baxter customer support and was told again that they will email the shipping label to me and that it should arrive within 24 hours. It never did. I thought maybe it'll take a little while longer, so I gave it a couple extra days. It didn't show up. I called customer support for the third time, now about four weeks after I made the purchase which happened to be after Christmas which means I was unable to give them as a gift for Christmas. The customer service representative ask me for an alternate email to send a shipping label to and settle our 24 hours for it to show up that was two days ago and it still hasn't showed up. No I hold no fault on Marshalls but in the box it says do not return the headphones to the store to contact the manufacturer if they are defective or if anything is wrong with them. I don't know what to do as multiple customer service Representatives are unable to follow through with what they're supposed to do. I will go to Marshalls and talk with them today about this and see what they recommend. I will edit my review if and when this is resolved

I write reviews when I experience exceptional service and last Saturday night, 1.6.24, at the Hanford Marshall's my beau and I had an outstanding checkout worth mentioning...our cashier - Emily - was not only upbeat and engaging, she carefully wrapped our dozen or so glass items (great clearance buys!) without having to be asked to, and (drum roll..) double bagged them too! Hee haw! I assumed that she had worked there for a while to know to do this but she told us no, she was fairly new and I believe seasonal help. Kudos for hiring good people and training them to be the epitome of what quality customer service is about.

Marshall's is a great store but the sore it's self really should look into installing a baby changing area for mother's.

I found 3 pairs of lebron XIII and Kobe 7's and a pair of lebron lows and I really like lebrons so this was a great find I really like the prices they are around 50$
