Definitely could have used more guidance and communication. As soon as he represented the other party, we felt left to fend for ourselves since we were the sellers and moving out of the area. Even still a month later running into these that were not handled by the title company and when reached out to Mark received no response. We've bought and sold before and never experienced such a loss of leadership by Mark to show us and help us through the process of things we were not familiar with. Communication and being aware of what is going on is the key job of the real estate professional and that was not present during our experience. Very disappointed.
