Went for a short motorcycle ride and stopped here to grab a bite. The owners are humble, kind people and the food is the most authentic Mexican food we have found in the valley. Not only are we going back, we are taking everyone with us. The food is made fresh daily from old family recipes. You do not find places like this anymore, it is an absolute gem.

Didn't end up eating here, the restaurant smelled like old grease. You have to order from a walk up counter, from what my girlfriend and I could see while ordering, the kitchen looked dirty. We ended up deciding to go somewhere else...

This hidden gem in in the middle of Farmersville. A nice elderly couple run the restaurant and speak very little English but the menu is bilingual. What will keep you coming back is the authentic old Mexican cuisine. Traditional flavors and choices are a great price. This last trip I had the Chili Relleno, it was cooked perfectly and came with rice, beans, and your choice of tortillas. The entire plate was delicious! Don't forget the fresh chips and house made salsa, the bomb!

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner two nights ago. This is very low key, but comfortable. My Spanish is limited but they worked hard to explain the menu, which has English subtitles. We tried tortas, enchiladas, guacamole and ceviche. All were among the best we have tried. Go!

Headed home from Kings Canyon and Sequoia. This is a great stop, I'd recommend calling ahead if you are in a hurray. Other than that, it's amazing! Get the tacos, 4 feed me well (after hiking and back packing all weekend).

The food was good. Ordered two plates of chilaquiles and one with meat, and two Mexican cokes. The beans were a little to watery for my taste. The rice was a little dry. The chilaquiles had good flavor. BUT we were shocked by the price of $44 dollars! The prices are not clear on the menu and it says the prices are not up to date. I guess that's my fault for not asking and assuming that chilaquiles would be tops $8-9!I think the breakdown was something like $13 for chilaquiles, $4 for a piece of meat, $5 per coke and taxes for a total of $44 ish. Tip: ask for the price ahead of ordering. It's tacky but still.

These people do not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, so how are they open when they can't talk to you not say on their food is bad or good or white but they should say Spanish-speaking only and not take up our time so sorry I wanted to try their food but I guess not

This is my kind of place. Low-key, unpretentious setting, but the food is awesome and they owners are super sweet. I had a taco de cabeza, a fish ceviche tostada, a fish taco, and then another cabeza taco because the first one was so damn good. They do the tacos right, with the two little tortillas. Everything was great. (The fish taco was the one weak spot--it had a bit too much lettuce on it, and the breading was more like a fish stick than a proper Baja style batter--but it was still decent.) My buddy got the mojado burrito, which he also enjoyed quite a bit. Apparently they have $1 tacos from Thursday to Sunday. I wish I was in town longer so I could try them all!
