Mariposa Take N Bake Pizza

Cool concept of a pizza shop.FOOD:We ordered a 10 pc wings (for $10 it was ok. barely any meat on the wings).And a giant size combo pizza (it seemed like a large size to us, the crust was OK, we defiantly had better quality pizza. A bit overpriced place in my opinion, $40 in total for 2 items.SERVICE: When the older lady was taking our order she stated, "You know how this works right? You take it home and bake it yourself. We do have an oven but it'll take time to cook it for you...." Her tone of voice was off and came off a bit rude.... We told her we understood and asked her politely to bake the pizza for us, we did not mind waiting 45 mins. The crust still seemed a bit doughy but was still edible. TIP:Since we didn't have an oven at our cabin rental we could not bake it.. so be sure you have an oven and bake it yourself! Save yourself some hassle.

Good pizza for a cute little town! Easy/fast option for a night after spending all day at Yosemite... enjoyed a short conversation with the owner while we cashed out. Definitely recommend for anyone who has the capacity to do a take/bake

Great pizza you bake at home. We recommend the chicken garlic!All your favorites. If your visiting Mariposa with no access to an oven, ask about cooking with a barbecue or a microwave!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! I raaarely do take-and-bake style pizzas because I've never been impressed by them, but someone gave me a gift card for this place so I tried it, and WOW! First thing that immediately caught my eye was the fact they offer cheese-stuffed crust, a personal favorite pizza feature that isn't offered anywhere else in town. The toppings were all FRESH, the dough was chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside, and I got the garlic/alfredo sauce instead of the marinara which added an awesome level of flavor. And the instructions that came with the unbaked pizza were clear and accurate. So excited to start buying from here!!

I got lucky landing on this little place after hiking up to the top of Yosemite Falls. Primo service with a conversation that included accommodation of my order quickly and travel talk exchanging best place secrets in Portland. The creamy garlic was delightful. I'm going to figure out a way to take leftovers home on the plane!

If in Mariposa and you do not really want to dine out but do not really want to cook, I highly recommend Mariposa take and bake. The pizzas are fantastic! The best pizza crust to date for us! Several choices on toppings. They also have great salads. The large size sald fed 4 of us. Great food and great price!

The dough is the worst concoction of wheat and ingredients I've ever tasted. They are open 3 hours/week but it fluctuates. Good luck to your timing and taste buds. Also they must be from an alternate dimension where there 6 minutes baking time is different to our galaxy. Total trash.

A hidden gem in Mariposa! Such a unique idea. Excellent gluten free pizza and even better service! Would highly recommend if passing through.

Take and bakes are generally great. This place really missed the mark. The good things : great, friendly staff. Generous topping. The bad : the dough took forever to cook and even when it did, it was uneven. We ended up with overdone crust and underbakes crust in one pizza. We all ended up with dodgy stomachs afterwards. A definite miss.

Delicious take and bake pizza. Great service. Would recommend to anyone staying in Mariposa!
