Mariachi's Mexican Restaurant

I took the family and we had a great time. The food was excellent and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I came. I ate. That's about it. Tasteless. Mediocre. Mid. The grilled onions of the fajitas were the best part. I paid. I left. I will not be back.

Recently dined at Mariachis for the first time, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the molcajete, bursting with flavor and leaving a lasting impression of authentic Mexican cuisine. Equally delightful was the milanesa with the green sauce! The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with tidy restrooms adding to the positive ambiance. However, while the server was pleasant, there was a noticeable lapse in attentiveness. Our table was left unattended for periods, with delays in drink refills and a temporary oversight that left us waiting longer than desired.Despite this, I am inclined to give Mariachis another chance, as the quality of the food merits a return visit. With hopes for improved service, I look forward to updating my review after my next dining experience.

Awesome !! I have eaten at almost every Mexican restaurant in Turlock and this place is off the hook!! You can taste how fresh the food they prepare is ! Cant wait to go back !! Service was awesome also !! My new first choice !!!

First visit to Mariachi's since the pandemic. My friends and I remember them being notoriously slow. But since it's been years since our last visit, I figure the staff is all new, the cooks are all new.We were presented a basket of chips with salsa. The first basket of chips wasn't warm. But the salsa had a little kick to it, I liked that. The next basket of chips was nice and warm.I ordered a carnitas burrito. Thankfully, our food arrived a lot faster than last time. The burrito was good, but nothing spectacular. Our server was very nice and friendly.On the down side, I saw the lunch menu with prices on their online order page. We were never given a lunch menu, so we had to pay full the price.

This is starting to become my favorite Mexican restaurant in Turlock. New ownership has taken the food and service up a level.I had the fried enchiladas, Enchiladas Rancheras, and they were excellent. I chose carne asada and they were loaded with cheese. Excellente! My wife had the chicken fajitas which were phenomenal. The onions and bellpeppers were carmelized to perfection. The two servers worked hand in hand to make the experience perfect.

**Updated Review**Had an issue in the past with being charged for multiple iced teas when it should have been free refills, but after returning multiple times I have yet to have that issue or any others! We will continue to go to this gem!

Good quality, reasonable prices, and good service. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Turlock.

Been here before years ago and food was good. But now it is are not good. The shrimp was spoiled (tasted soo bad). Salsa is definitely not traditional mexican type. No flavor. And service lagged. Definitely will not come back as it left a bitter taste in my mouth -literally- No wonder they aren't ever busy

Mariachi's is a long time Turlock restaurant. The best thing is the beer price. $3.00 for a large draft.Their Carne Asada is good, the Chile Verde is good too.
