Marbella Apartments

Maintenance is awesome. All repair requests answered within 24 hrs or less. Connie the mgr is a delight to work with and talk with Going on 6 yrs and I love this property

We lived in this apartment complex for roughly over 5 years. Management was great while Kasey was the manager after that customer service went down. I can deal with poor customers service, but I can't look past the fact that we would pay $2,100 in rent. These apartments describe themselves as luxury apartments but that is not the case.Our apartment was a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom had black mold growing. I let management know, they sent in a worker to look at it. He explained to me that they usually have it cleaned and then paint over it. I was in shock because black mold you can't just clean and paint over it. They proceeded to get professionally cleaned, changed the fixtures ( which a month later still rusted), and replaced the fan. The problem persisted no matter how much you cleaned it. The appliances are the original appliances from when they built the apartments. The fridge spoiled my food in less than a week. The manager said it was because it was packed, lol I had only a few things in the fridge. My fridge in my RV works better than the one at the apartment. Not to mention when we were moving out, my friend's SUV was towed as we were inside packing to move the things into her vehicle. When we approached Connie her response was "I didn't know you were going to be moving and it's not my responsibility to tell you to have your hazards light on so you don't get towed."Manco Abbott is a terrible management company. They truly don't care about their residents or they would have better property managers.

This complex is the best community I've lived in so far. The Property Manager, Connie, is a true gem. She does everything in her power to place you into the right home unit. The location is perfect, close to all major shopping needs and a moment away from the 168. When looking for a new apartment home, consider Marbella, you won't regret it! I absolutely love living here!

The 3 bedroom apts are decent in size and pretty clean. The maintenance and their response time is also pretty decent. However, if you call them about a broken appliance that needs to be replaced, they might forget to give you a date/time for them to replace it. They went into my apartment without me knowing and replaced an appliance. I don't mind the new appliance, but it's not okay that someone was in my apartment without me knowing.Also, plan on only having one vehicle for your entire apartment (doesn't matter if it's 1 bedroom or 3 bedrooms). There is NOT enough parking available for a 2nd car. All the available extra parking spaces will be taken up before 3pm. If you have a 2nd car, you'll either have to park at the leasing office, or outside of the gates (on the street).

Woah! Seems like there may be some stressed out tenants. Perhaps they need to use the complex gym to burn some energy. lol I visit the complex often, as I have a few friends living there. They love it. They keep trying to get me to move-in so they can get the $250 referral bonus. lol The property also has a new manager, Kim. They seem to really like her. No issues there. I never met the previous manager, but saw Kim as we were all going to the pool one afternoon, she seemed chill and friendly. Anyways folks, don't be discouraged. This property is awesome, safe and friendly! I also like how it is right by the hospital as that's where I work often. Not to mention it's around the corner from the 168 freeway, which makes it super easy to get around Clovis and Fresno. Keep it up Marbella!

Never had a bigger regret in my choice of living. This could be a great place to live but the person who runs this complex, Heather Wolfe, grossly lacks customer service or customer care and I've created and developed such services for major companies. The first experience you'll come across is you'll notice they'll find every possible way to get that very last penny from you because they will charge you for everything and anything and I have yet been able to see what justifies my $1500+ rent. You're happy with the shiny and new at the beginning but it doesn't take too long to go away. The renewal cost are significantly high so you may want to think about that if you don't want to move right away.The one positive that I can give them is they have a quick response with their maintenance and they are friendly. The problem is it appears you have to call on them all the time. I don't know whats left that hasn't broken down and I've never had more than one thing break down on me before. They say they replace your bulbs but they go out within a month so you're constantly having to have maintenance in your home. Fridge went out on me twice causing several hundreds of dollars in loses. They upgraded their complex and i tried to work with them so that I can maximize my work and they responded with we are coming in if you like it or not and it was absolutely a manageable situation. One things for sure, they have no problems invading your space.Its great that they will allow pets but they will charge you rent per pet, they will draw blood from your dogs, and they will make threats against your animals. My heart functions at 31% and we also have a new baby in the household so the cat has been getting out a few times (let alone maintenance will let your cat out from time to time which is how it got accustom to getting out in the first place). We immediately got a letter talking about court fees and lawyer cost if it saw my pet again, you know, that pet they charges rent. I actually have no clue as to why they allow pets because nothing about Marbella says 'welcome pets' other than their advertisements.The one thing I hear every tenant complain about is parking. I actually park in a handicap space so parking isn't an issue for me. But i see the struggles day in and day out people fighting for parking. Marbella fired back by threatening to go into everybody's garage, again, they don't care about your personal space. So if you like to throw parties at the clubhouse, and it is a nice clubhouse, or have friends and family over, buyer beware.That's just to mention a few things, but the bottom line is the place is cold and lacks customer care, its design to get you in and out so if you don't want to move your family around, this may not be for you as well. Maintenance is great but through my personal experience is they will be in your home a lot. You will get a smile from Heather Wolfe, but she does not have your best interest in not even an afterthought, and she will threaten you and your family at first opportunity. I've lived in a lot of places between here and the bay area and never have i felt compelled to write a review like this.

I've been renting for 15 plus years, hands down my favorite place ever. Love my apartment, amenities, but HUGE shout out to property management. Sam and the team take care of you here! Our dishwasher had a leak, with in 24 hours of speaking with Sam, she had our new (brand new..)dishwasher delivered and installed. I was amazed. It's so refreshing to have property management that actually takes care of you with out a fuss or fight. Definitely recommend! Love it here!

I've lived here for 4yrs now. The main reason I renewed my lease was because of the manager- Kasey. He is by far the kindest, most caring and understanding manager this apartment complex has had. He cares about the community members like a family and makes sure any issues are addressed promptly. He is always respectful and calm when addressing residents. We will truly miss him!

I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live in Clovis. The complex has very clean grounds and offers a lot of great amenities. The interior of the apartment is very spacious and very roomy. The community itself is very quiet and has a great family like atmosphere. The maintenance team is great and is always super fast at handling all my requests in a timely matter. The manager Kim is an absolute sweetheart and is always very helpful when I come to her with any questions or concerns. If you had any reservations about renting here I would stop second guessing yourself and move in! This is one of the best decisions my family has ever made!
