Manchester Mall Cinema

OK...Something has to fixed..We had Audio for the first 10 min of "Wings" but no Video. we basically had David Tennant talking but Saw no birds for 10 min! The theater finally stopped it, and restarted it.So...WTF!!We paid good money to see a movie start ok on time....not a movie to start with audio..and no video..then have to restart it.I am Disappointed with Fathom..and with the theater...And it was almost the same last night..For the Countdown for Doctor Who...we had audio..but no Video...

This movie theatre is typically less attended than others in town which is a good thing, however, their customer service in the refreshment line is the slowest in town. Tonight, and in a previous experience, the servers were moving in slow motion taking over 25 minutes to serve 4 patrons. We saw the manager check in but he didn't offer to help. My advice, either allow 30 minutes to get your popcorn or save $20 and eat before you go!
