Main Street Pizza and Big Burger

So I was craving pizza and wings. Using the power of yelp, I found this place. The reviews seem to favor this joint so I wanted to try. I love me some pizza. I ordered a combo pizza along with chicken wings. I'm a pizza snob. Did I mention I love me some pizza? So first impressions of the pizza? Well there was over two inches of empty pizza crust. Total turn off. What a waste of space. I buy pizza for the toppings not for plain pizza crust. Let alone flavorless pizza crust. When I buy a pizza, I expect the pizza to have maybe an inch of pizza crust and the rest full of my favorite toppings. As for the flavor of the pizza, it was just ok. Now let's talk about the wings. Really not much to talk about. I ordered six wings and received four full wings and then two small maybe they were broken in half wings? I don't know. I just know they were not full wings. It seems as if I am bashing the place. I am really not. I was hoping to find new spot for my pizza fix. Unfortunately this is not the place for me. In the end, this was a one and done.

In Turlock for a wedding. Literally starving, decided why not. Full disclosure this is in a gas station. Usually, I would avoid that, DON'T. The staff was attentive and quick. Our food was fresh and came out piping hot!!

Pretty decent burgers. I've tried the loaded asada fries, I wasn't really a fan of the smell or the taste for that matter, but it was something quick I wanted to try.

This is inside the 76 gas station. They have breakfast burritos starting at 4:00 am. The sausage bfb has a good amount of meat, chunks of potatoes, cheese and not much egg. The tortillas were a little dry. At 5:00 am it's a good filler for a couple hours. They also have a made-to-order kitchen with menu items. Not sure what time the grill fires up. Easy off the 99 at West Main Street then back on.

Great customer service from most employees here! Food is great go for the pizza freshly made and the those loaded fries welll... YUMMMM!!!

Nope. Just no. Such high reviews previously- it was right next to my hotel, and after a 16 + hour day of work, it was convenient. Located inside a minute mart at a gas station, should have thrown me off. But I proceeded...The menus were up on the wall, and there was one girl behind the counter scrolling away on her phone, I had to ask if they were open, because no sign of food or anything going on, she replied with yes (and a little eye roll)- again, a warning I chose to ignore... I don't blame her, that's a training issue in my opinion, but I'm guessing one of the other girls doing the same thing at the other register I had to pay at may have been the supervisor... so, guess that's a lost cause.The menu has pizza, burgers, and Mexican food. I chose chicken wings and loaded fries with chicken. Apparently i ordered the large wing (thought I said small), which should have been 12 according to the menu. But I got 14. Woulda been cool if they were delicious, alas - they were not. They were breaded and deep fried, think mozzarella stick - but a chicken wing? Super strange, just not wonderful. The fries. They were massive, so there's that. But they were smothered in green sauce with pump style nacho cheese, a little sour cream and chicken. They were what drunk food is/should be. They were ok, but I'm not 22 with a binge drinking problem anymore. This place probably deserves 'some' props for the convenience, and who knows - maybe the burgers and pizza are good. I mean another review said the pizza was better than Pizza Hut, so.....

I came here for the pizza and it was amazing. I had a pepperoni pizza, small. The price was right, and everything about the pizza was great

I was surprised when I read on yelp that this gas station pizza join had good reviews. I tried it and was surprised to say that the pizza was good--crust had a garlic taste that was nice. The whole experience of getting pizza at a gas station was/is surreal--very kitsch experience, which is cool sometimes. I liked the pizza so I returned.

Not impressed, if I could give zero stars I would! Second time I've called in to order a pizza they've taken the order yet when I arrive at the store 25 minutes later there is no pizza to be found. Then I get an excuse that the toppings weren't available! That should be said when I call and order the pizza! When pointing this out to staff they become very rude and irritable! I will not be going back to this location

Really enjoyed this pizza!. It was our first time trying this establishment. We bought a large half combination and half chicken mushroom & olive to satisfy my husband and I. Waited about 15 minutes... Service was very friendly and we were loaded up with ranch dressing , parm, cheese and plates. The smell was driving us crazy as we drove home and then we each ate two slices and were full.. Good pizza and good prices!.
