I've been a mail box customer since 2022 and have not had any issues with this business. But around June of 2024 it was sold and has new owners. I can honestly say it has gotten even better...especially the longer hours (Monday through Saturday) and are open for 5 hours on Sundays. Seems to have more staffing so shorter or no wait time when picking up packages.

I went in to do a live scan. I've done this before at other locations and they usually let the customers look over what the employee inputs to make sure there are no typos or mistakes. My live scan is time sensitive or else my employment at my future job may be terminated. I asked the person (Patty I think. She had orange curly hair) if I could look it over just in case there were any typos and she got angry at me (or more annoyed?) and said it's too late and that they never let people look it over. She was kinda rude from the beginning as well. Overall I think it's unreasonable to prevent customers from double checking because it's our employment and future license that's on the line. I've done the live scan twice for two different licenses and I've always had the chance to look over the application.

I was in a hurry to send out a package via USPS and found that Mail Run was open until 6PM. This was my first experience at this business and I must say I was very happy I received a warm welcome by Beatrice at the front desk. She was very helpful, attentive, and speedy! I want to thank her for helping me out because I had no clue what the prices were, etc. Beatrice helped me through the process and was very professional and friendly! The inside of the business is also very nice and they have TONS of cool stuff to buy from. Highly recommend!

Incredibly rude behavior by Patti Rivera and another lady in the store on May 26, 2022. Probably both of them have never seen or interacted with a person from a different culture; I felt that their behavior was rude, condescending and culturally insensitive. If it wasn't for the time sensitive nature of my work, I would have never walked into that store. Pretty sad; get some diversity training!!!!!

Came in here for live scan fingerprinting yesterday and had such a fantastic experience. John helped me and he was exceptional - you can tell he really enjoys his job and genuinely loves helping people. With all the COVID stuff going around, Mail Run really makes sure things are clean - I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I came in with my paperwork and was immediately told to go into the restroom and wash my hands with soap and water. I then came out and watched John sanitize the fingerprinting station. The whole process was sanitary, which I truly appreciate. The rolling fee for LiveScan services are extremely fair at Mail Run ($20); Postal Annex in this same plaza also does LiveScan services, but charges a $25 rolling fee.

I needed a title transferred on a boat I recently bought and heard Mail Run offered DMV services. They were able to complete the transfer quickly and saved me the hassle of dealing with the DMV. The staff is helpful and professional.

Had to get something in the mail that day and Mail Run advertises as open until 6:00pm. I went to mail my package at 4:20 and they were closed. Please correct you hours of operation. I wasted time, money and gas to come to your closed store.

I needed to drop off a bubble mailing envelope. The counter person informed me the cost would be $8.70. When I questioned the amount and asked for clarification that the charge was correct for first class mail, I was assured that it was. When I returned home and investigated further the envelope should have mailed for no more than $4.00.This company chose to classify this envelope as a package & ship at a higher rate. This was incorrect and mail fraud. Confronted with this information they offered to pull the envelope and refund my money. I took them up on the offer. I will never use this store again!
