Madera Management Company

It's been 3 months (October 1, 2017 we moved out) since I have moved out of the rental and I have been responding to the management company through email but it's been a month since you have responded about money owed to us from our deposit. This is very unprofessional and I do expect an email soon about this as we are now in January 2018.Angel V

Let me start off by saying, they don't know how to pick their tenants! They pick the worst of the worst, they approve anyone, hell, they'll probably approve a homeless guy for all I know. Loud, obnoxious, disrespectful, entitled people, have aggressive pets, everything you don't want in a neighbor. Also, this goes out to the people that want to apply, please don't apply if you don't know how to adapt to a quiet neighborhood or to a good area. No one will tolerate it and the cops will be called. Just stay where you are if you can't act right. I hope this company can get it together and be more thorough and strict with their qualifications.

This company have the worst agents working for them any time you need help they can't do anything for you Would never recommend this company to go thought even if it the last choice... they don't know how to talk to people

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with their maintenance department can't trouble shoot or fix anything .I had to fix everything also they are charging me when I move out for things that were never there when we moved in good thing I took photos I will be seeing them in small claims court here soon they are so non professional we were great tenants paid my rent every month and we're treated like trash when we moved out because we bought a house.

I have been dealing with this company for a long time now and they really just don't care about anything! I will call them and they never answer the phone or return my voice mails! I'll go into the actual office and they give me nothing but excuses of why they can't get to the phone or why they can't return voice mails. Be careful when trying to rent a property from then, they will find a way to cheat you out of a property, that's for sure!!

Horrible! They are renting our house and they've taken $5000, give or take, for "Cleaning." They won't even call us and tell us things need to be done. We call wondering where our rent check is and they're all "Oh we took it for more cleaning." Someone has been in the house for almost 2 months! They keep taking money for the same thing

they gave me the information needed to move from one town to another, the process was smooth. i would definitely do business with them again.
