Mad Monk

Horrible customer service, will never return when the workers stalk you and watch you like you stole something, talk like they're teenagers and no experience of in being friendly, clearly!

You may know them as Rasputin's. My go-to place for reasonably priced music. The hubby's truck has a CD player, as does my C6 Corvette. I can always find some road trip tunes at Mad Monk. The other day I found 8 Jimmy Buffett CDs that I didn't already have...score! Nice employees.

Mad monk is an awesome store, I got some great vinyls there and some cassette tapes and if you need movies they have a plethora of movies there.

I like the clothing styles they choose to sell and the prices are really good. I made about $20 selling barely used designer clothing which wasn't a good compensation. I understand they need to make a profit, but I would have made at least $100 elsewhere like Poshmark or eBay so 1 star off for that.Great music selection.

Don't go here, employee made my daughter cry for taking a picture of a cd. Super rude

Rude staff, won't sell the things they put on their racks because they failed to price it. Calling eachother N slurs over the radio and all of them are white guys. Tried to take away the product we were purchasing without asking us first. Don't recommend this place at all.

You can only try on 6 items a day !Way overpriced- staff is pretension.Music was bizarre. I do not recommend going there !

It's a huge store but when selling to them they rip you off ! I wouldn't sell to them again and buying from them knowing they paid maybe a dime for each article of clothing....

The store is huge and very organized. Tons of great inventory and at great deals.The customer service could use some improvement, otherwise I would have gave it 5 stars.
