9/16/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow. Egg white veggie omelet with ham & jalapeños added ordered . Choice of country potatoes or hash and country potatoes along with choice of pancakes or toast and pancakes ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went in to get it. The restaurant is very nice. Low key. Music playing. Very family oriented! =) The order was almost ready when I arrived and the workers were very kind and welcoming. It was ready shortly later and the worker was happy to include their fresh salsa, Tapatio, etc. I paid for the order and it was bagged along with good day wishes! Appreciated! 9/16/23 Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready! Order split. Omelette was really fresh & delicious! Lots of fresh veggies! The special hot sauce they included was really Great too! County's potatoes were tasty! Seasoned well! Even better with their salsa, ketchup and Tapatio included! Tasty little pancake with SF syrup also! Fluffy & flavorful! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have her half! Great service and delicious, Great breakfast! Highly recommended!

Great food and great service. They are so polite and very attentive. It is definitely a welcoming environment with many food options. Try the fajita salad. It's delicious.

M&J's is a family owned diner and the love they put into serving food shows. They are always very nice and super kid friendly. They accommodate any special request with your order to the best of their ability. To top it off, the music they always have playing is great. Old school and 50s 60 dance music. I instantly have good vibes just walking in.

This is a locals breakfast and lunch hangout. The food menu was varied with standard breakfast fare and some Mexican dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast burrito which was too big for me to eat all of. When I asked for "hot" salsa, I was served a small bowl of very fresh salso containing chopped serrano chilis. It was very tasty and complemented the burrito, but you could smell the heat comning off the bowl so it's not for the timid salsa eaters. Our waiter Justin did a great job and was very friendly! Our coffee stayed full and our meals came out hot.

This is the locals go-to! Great patio, huge banquet room, take-out / pickup option, free WiFi, & a wide menu with tons of options. The prices are very reasonable, service was quick, and everything came out perfect! Steak melt with onion rings was a 10/10!

M&J Family Restaurant is a great restaurant! We needed a spot to eat breakfast and we were very happy to encounter a kind welcome, a very clean space, and a menu to meet everyone's tastes. We ordered breakfast and a dinner to go as our niece would need it later in the day. Our server was amazing and made our experience just perfect. The rating is highly deserving!

I have been going to M & J Family Restaurant since they opened. Anyone that knows me knows my favorite place to eat is M & J Family Restaurant. Their food is fresh and, if they have the ingredients, they will customize anything. Try a baked potato with chili verde...delish! Your food does not sit in a pan or under warming lights. When you order, your food is cooked and served. It is always YUM!The Service, eat in or carry out is unmatched by any restaurant where I've eaten. And I've eaten in a lot of places in my life. Customers are family. It says that right on a sign in the diner made by a grateful patron. Many holidays you'll find the restaurant open, at least a few hours in the morning, to serve their regulars. The servers are all family, literally. Michelle owns the restaurant with her chef-husband Tony. Working with them are their sons, daughters, sisters and spouses. Finally, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is casual and relaxed. Groups can be accommodated in a room off to the side of the main diner. "Oldies" music fills the background with a fun, festive feeling. All-in-all I love this place and I hope you will too.
