I had a terrible experience with Lisette I booked before going out on a trip and sent her photos of what I was going for prior to the appointment. She said "we'll see what we can do and said the tone would be hard to achieve but we'll try" which I understood. The time is different than the lightening. Midway through the appointment she said it would take 2 sessions, she should've been more clear in her message if she thought that. Point being how I left is no where close to what I went in looking for. Maybe it's fine if you go in without a photo in mind but I left $200 sad and shocked. And basically the same brown hair I came in with. She said it was because of my hair color and previous dye but I literally went through old photos of my hair and I've done the same things elsewhere without excuses. also the color in my virgin hair was so brassy and yellow. Trying to fix on my own now which defeats the entire point of going to a professional Photo attached of my same brown hair with orange minimal highlights

I've been coming to this salon for quite some time. I've even moved away and tried different salons closer to me and I still end up here no matter what. No matter which hair dresser I end up with, they never disappoint.

Lisette is amazing! I will not go anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job on my hair and I love her and her work. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Lisette. She was prompt and very responsive to get me an appointment. I had virgin hair and had not had my hair colored/lightened in 10+ years and she listened to my requests and did a fabulous job.

Extremely beautiful salon , open airy Modern and inviting. Beverages always offered and included. Hospitality is obvious. Rafael is truly amazing. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had and his color skills are incredible. Big friendly staff and full service , so you can have most hair skin and nail needs in one location. Even a stocked beauty supply store with affordable and luxury products. Enter from Main St or park in the 16th st lot in the back .

Rafael is a God with hair. Absolutely the best salon Never disappointed. It's only getting better with more services and excellent quality.

I scheduled a sugaring with Claryssa and prior to my appointment she was rude and not helpful at all when it came to preparing me for my appointment. She also made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't recommend Claryssa for hair removal!

I highly recommend lisette here she was nice listened to my requests and did a fabulous job on my hair cut I absolutely love it

Rafa is the best of the best ! I have been coming to him for years and I won't trade him .. he is amazing !
