Being here is like being in my families house. The family that wants me there. Today I was a little under the weather and accompanied my husband on his outing and Rachel made me a warm cup of tea since I wasn't ordering food. I don't even like tea...but i loved her tea. It hit the spot. The service is remarkable and they remember everything. The ambience is casual and ther eis plplenty of space to eat and on a nice day I recommend the patio seating. I will be back next week.

Amazing lunch today at Lula's. Burgers are absolutely killer and the fries are just as good. I recommend the blue cheese and bacon burger. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating along with parking. The service and staff were top notch. Everyone at the restaurant was in a good mood. Will definitely eat there again when in Modesto!

Had lunch here while in town for work. It was down the street from the office and the menu pictures we found online made it seem like a decent deal. It was not a decent deal once all was said and done because they have almost no transparency in their menu. Not only had the burgers increased in price from the most recent Yelp picture of the menu, which was about a year old, but any changes to the menu items had severe up charges that were not on the menu anywhere, nor were they disclosed while making the order over the phone. The burgers themselves were mediocre, and the onion rings & curly fries were good but if I had known they were going to cost me $5 each in addition to the full price of the burger meal I absolutely would have skipped them. They also charged an additional $1 to get a large drink, which isn't that bad but also wasn't disclosed anywhere. So we thought we'd get lunch for around $25 and it ended up being over $35 after tip. Also, I called in the order for pick up and when I got there, there was no clear instruction on how to get my order. So I ended up having to wait for 6 people in line to order before getting to the register only to find my food had been ready and getting cold the entire time. Not a very good first impression, and since I was only in town for work, they likely won't get a chance at a second impression.

Hands down the best food in all of Modesto ! After eating hamburgers, they are the most homemade tasting delicious mouthwatering on top of all the side dishes which are just as good

This is a local favorite grill and when traveling HW 132 it's a must stop for your trip. Excellent hamburgers, I like to get the juicy Cali burger with avocado and the fresh fries are supreme. Rachel and family are very consistent with serving great food and friendly service!

Hamburger was excellent. Great quality of meat and cooked to perfection. The curly fries were wonderful!!

Saw this place on Yelp. While back. Gave it two stars. Until I went in for myself. Wow was I impressed with the taste and the size of the burger. Will be back for sure to try out more items on the Menu. Great Food at a reasonable price. Come by pay them a Visit Now I can give them 5 Stars. Well worth it

Make sure to get some baklava with your order -- it's excellent! The burgers are large and delicious, the standard fry order is large enough to split, and the fish & chips are pleasant. If you phone in an order and live within a couple miles, you can head right over and it'll usually be ready when you get there.This is a better restaurant for takeout than dine-in, as eating space is small and basic -- though there are outside tables as well. Staff are always very nice and orders are accurate.

Burgers were so good! Fries and deep fried mushrooms were amazing, but the best part of our whole experience was the customer service. The server was so kind and helpful with the kids. We'll definitely be back!
