Lucky Day Liquidation

Pricing board can be very confusing. It'll give "clothes" a certain price (like 6$), but further down the list it will have higher prices for "shirts" or "sweaters" or "pants" which is weird because these should be under the "clothes" category. Compared to other bin/liquidation stores - these prices are on the higher side. I would say that they keep their store pretty clean though compared to others, and it's extremely spacious.

Right after I finished paying, three of the workers came up to me and accused me of stealing based off of one angle of a video. I showed them where the item was put back in the store and they told me if I did it again then I would be banned, even though I never stole anything in the first place. When my family called them out, they said they were doing their job. Horrible place.

i like the store but you do have to be careful. there can be broken items. I got a minor cut. with some type of spikey item. one time I found sryinges. today I found a three pack of mayo it was a greenish color. boxes of chips dated exp. 11/23 I found nice comforters, pillows . new Christmas items. I don't like the store credit policy. I will not purchase appliances.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Lucky Day Liquidation. The store sells damaged and low-quality merchandise. I personally had a bad experience when I bought a vacuum that was missing essential attachments.To make matters worse, I attempted to pay with my credit card, but the cashier claimed they didn't accept it. So, I paid in cash. However, 24 hours later, I discovered that they had charged my credit card anyway.Furthermore, I noticed that they add a 36-cent 'service charge' to even small purchases, like a $12 pair of shoes. These practices seem suspicious and potentially fraudulent. I would advise caution when shopping at this store."

Rude workers. They expect you to move out of their way when you are shopping at the bins. I should've known this place is garbage. I mean what do you expect when you are shopping at a store that sells used/returned/damaged items. They don't even refund your money if its defective. They only give you store credit for returned items that you paid for with your OWN HARD EARNED MONEY. Hope places like this go bankrupt.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. These people are lying scoundrels. They sold me a fridge that does not work! Before buying they told me I could return it if I had any issues with it working within three days and that it had a 1 year warrenty. Well that turned out to be a total lie - after I purchased the fridge (mind you this was not a $300 fridge it was $$$) they printed the receipt and told me it was only return for store credit!After we got it into the house with the delivery person they said did their deliveries (who banged it up BTW!) we got the water hose professional installed and guess what - fridge won't exit demo mode, and the water doesn't work! I called the manager who was extremely hostile, condescending, and did not offer to help fix it or anything. They lied about the return policy to push a sale and now they leave me stranded with this non-functioning fridge. I am fighting it to get my $ back! Do not buy anything of value at this store they lie to you and sell defective items that they don't stand by their work to fix or return. It's shameful!

Don't skip out on the TECH area!!! I bought 4 Studio Mcgee Target ottoman cubes there for $25 each!!! They retail for $185 each! I also got a 12 piece clad cookware set for $125. That's a steal! Everything was new in the box!Mike and Emad were very helpful.You can find some really good deals in the bins as well. I especially like to be there on Fridays. The employees are always friendly and helpful and work hard at keeping bins organized and clear of trash.
