Lu Granite & Cabinet

This is actually for installers EDGAR MEZA AND REMY (visialia area)FRIENDLY HOWEVER, ask to return just to fix a little blemish that was bothering me and it's ovious. Refused and wouldn't answer or reply to my calls and texts. They charged me extra $150 for the job labor and couldn't even get it right. FYI: be aware of your installer

They have fairly good selection. The girl in the office is very helpful and attentive. They guy I've tried to to to in the warehouse has zero personality. He seems to really dislike his job.

Had counters installed by there installer, one counter was off level so didnt match up with the seam. Installer tweaked the counter so it would match the seam and glues it. It would last about a month then pop unlevel again. Keep giving me the run around to get it fixed. Being a small business owner it's so important to treat every customer with respect....Beware of this company only after the money!

The experience I had with l u cabinets was not great we started our process March 15th of 2018 today's date is May 31st 2018 just completing our order from the beginning they never follow through with our order and had us hanging for weeks and weeks so dissatisfied with this company I would never refer anyone to do business with them. Horrible customer service. Drove 45 miles both way twice when told our order was in stock only to find out it was not. Quality of product is ok. You get what you pay for.

Great experience and got exactly what we were looking for in our countertops. Albert was great in helping us pick out our slabs, everyone helped us get the most out of what we wanted and maximized the usefulness of the materials. Very happy with our purchase.

Molly is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me find exactly what I need and was very precise. I went to look at flooring and ended up buying cabinets, counters, and flooring! She definitely deserves a raise!

My overall experience with the Visalia store was very poor regarding marble purchase and installation. The communication was non-existent. I was no showed consecutively after confirming the times with the employees at Lu Granite-Visalia. After the second no show I left several messages for the manager that went unanswered. I then found out they scheduled me the following day without even calling to see if I would be home. I do know how contractors are and things do happen, but that does not excuse the complete lack of communication. This has been a complete failure in customer service and follow up. I would not recommend to anyone this company for any of their services.

I love this place, could spend all day here. They have a great selection and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
