I love this place even if I have to drive almost and hour to get my nails and pedicure done Kim and Linda are the best , they always make feel really comfortable , the place is clean all the time , this time I have a important family event this weekend and I want my nails look beautiful, the tradition is to wear something blue

I think I have found my pedicure spot. Will revisit this review and add the last star after a second visit. I was exhausted coming from a long work week and didn't want to wait until Monday to go to my usual salon in SJ nor did I want to take the drive. Came on here to look at reviews. Saw this place had some pretty decent reviews. I walked in on a Sunday at about 4PM. Was seated immediately. Was greeted by the nail tech soon thereafter. She started my water and handed me the menu. Told her I wanted the "Lovely" treatment with gel and french tip. The gel is an extra $12 and the french tip is an extra $10. The Lovely package is $53. Gel does take a little longer to apply as well as remove but when you pair a gel pedi and french tips your pedi lasts a little longer. Some times I can get away without a pedi for 3 weeks. Ok, let me admit this now. I forgot the nail techs name. I'm sorry, the fact that I was exhausted does not excuse my lack of memory. I'll be back though and want the same lady to do my pedi so when I revisit this review to add the last start can also update you all on that. She was thorough. Made sure there was no more dead skin or rough spots anywhere before moving forward. She asked periodically to make sure I was ok. The lovely package gets you a 10 minute foot and leg massage and then when she is done with the polish you get the paraffin wax and a hot towel treatment. As easy french tips look, for toes I feel the white can't be thin. It has to be a little thicker. Those that know...just know.

Everything is good I enjoyed my visit all girls trying hard.FYI not the young guy rude n rough. Not to happy with my nails. Bumpy n thick.

This used to be my regular spot to get my nails done but the last few times that I have gone haven't been a positive experience. I don't like the fact that they are so pushing and get upset when you don't want something. For example, I don't like gel on my toes and every time they pressure me into getting it even though I repeatedly say "no thank you." And if you get the "basic" pedicure and say no to the more expensive ones, I get an attitude back. I'm here giving you my business. Regardless of what I choose it shouldn't be an issue. I wish I would've taken a picture of my gel manicure last time but it was horrible. I hate complaining but I wasn't going to leave with my nails looking that way. I got pink, there were black blotches and she missed so many areas on my nails with the nail color. Fortunately, they did "fix" them but they still weren't worth the money I spent. Also, make sure your checking your bank statements if you leave a tip on your card. This happened a year ago or so and I decided to give them another chance. But they doubled the tip that I actually had left. I actually did like this place so it's a shame I've had negative experiences the last few times I've gone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Well I didn't think I would have the most amazing trip from the hidden little gem. This place is absolutely amazing. Please get TIM for your Mani and Nancy for your Pedi. The massage that you are given with an Organic Blossom Gel mani is to die for. I will never get acrylic again. They made me feel like I was at a top notch Spa for celebrities. I'm so happy I found a place close to home because I will not go anywhere else. You will not regret it!!

This is the 2 nail that falls &.most of the nails are lifting and pulling hair already.. in less then a week from doing them . I went in already to get it fixed and the lady at the end to the left said they werent lifting and said next time refill refillFirst & last time coming here

Best nail salon in the area! I had forgotten to get the name of the nail tech who did my nails but they took their time! super clean and always asking if my nails were okay to my liking. I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to shape and not once did they seemed bothered or annoyed whenever I wanted them to tweak the shape of my nails. They never tried to pressured me into doing more designs or getting a more deluxe package like other salons usually do. Super happy and reasonable prices!! Will definitely be coming back

Was my first time trying this place and they made me wait for over an hour for someone to show up that does a full set. I showed a picture of what I wanted and got something that I hated and my girl that I had kept pushing for me to get a longer set then what I wanted so she could charge me more for not a good job

If I could leave zero starts I would. It was my first time at Lovely Nails. Everyone is very sweet but I would not recommend. My acrylic nails weren't placed on good. There is a gap between my nail and the acrylic. There are some nails longer than the other. When I brought it up to her attention she said no that they are even but clearly not. Wanted Almond nails but some of the tips are sharper than the other. Or uneven on the sides. I would not recommend this place. I came to this placed because it had a good star rating but don't trust it.So I did go back after this to get the nails removed and they did give me my money back and removed the nails. So I do appreciate that but however the first experience wasn't the best
