This place is great! They carry a fully customizable line of furniture from brand Amisco which gives you endless opportunities for finding your perfect table, chairs, and bar stools. You can select metal, wood, and fabric options to really build your own. Everything from traditional to contemporary and modern. The quality is great and the product looks amazing. Could not be happier with my choices, everything turned out perfectly. Even more impressive was the first class customer service we received from Lou. We showed up later in the evening shortly before close and he was immediately welcoming without being pushy or annoying sales guy. Let us browse and walk around on our own without bugging us but clearly made himself available for questions. Once we walked through the large sales room we approached him to get some details. He was open and honest, no BS type of guy, loved it! I like to sleep on my decisions, and he was respectful and completely understood. I actually ended up coming back three times! And he was equally patient and friendly every time! He was able to help guide us through options and give us professional industry knowledge to make the best decision for us. The second my table and chairs arrived at his showroom he called me to schedule delivery! The delivery guys were very nice, efficient, and professional. I asked them to move a very heavy table to make room for my new one, and they helped without hesitation! My table looks amazing in my newly remodeled kitchen and I'm so happy with my decision to purchase from Lou! Highly recommend this local business!

We ordered a custom dining set from Lou's. It took longer than expected to come in. We have learned to be patient in the past years. So, it was not a big deal. When it did come in, the guys delivered it all the way to the coast!The quality of this (Amish) set is remarkable. I looked at all the other stores and nothing came close. The outside of the store is not flashy. What you will find inside, you won't find anywhere else in Fresno or the coast. I tried. Chances are you will deal directly with Lou. He and his staff are professional and never pushy or trying to close your deal before you're ready. Thanks Lou! I'm glad I met you.

Lou goes out of his way to ensure that you're happy with your purchase. We've bought dining room chairs and two barstools from him and are very happy with all of them.

Top quality pieces!!! I bought two counter stools from Lou's 7years ago!!!! YES 7years ago and these babies still look new ! They have gone through it all! In a home with two small kids, dogs.. food stains ! Everything Still sturdy , you would never know I've had them for 7years. Only had to replace the upholstery.. because after 7 years I wanted new look to them! The stool itself is exceptional quality. I went back to Lou's to have them re done , it took some time because he no longer carries this model, nonetheless he had to custom order and even had his delivery guys drop them off at no extra charge! When we first purchased these, yes we were very apprehensive, because of the price $250 each... let me tell you !! You will definitely get your money's worth!!!! I still love our stools..

Terrible service. They give you a date you will receive your order. They don't keep to it. And they don't call to tell you. We had to call them and they extended the delivery by two months. That not a little mistake that's huge. Then they give us a delivery date and time frame. And they don't deliver on that day!!!! You take our money and don't provide services paid for. This business is awful. Folks take your money elsewhere where, this is not an honest business.

We bought 6 stools and were told 3 were located in another wear house out of town, but should have them in a week or sooner. Over 2 months later the over 3 came in and we're delivered. Lou was very apologetic he said they thought they had them but I fact they were on a ship and he was waiting for them for other containers too. He offered a refund, but we really liked the stools, so we waited. Overall good store a little pricey but good quality. Best advice buy what's in stock - or be prepared to wait a while.

We went to just window shop because of a radio promotion and ended up buying a bedroom set. We got a great deal on a set. Beautiful pieces and Gabriel and Lou were so helpful and friendly. The furniture was delivered within our requested time by two wonderful delivery guys. They were not only great with set up but they removed old bedroom set and they were donated for us. This is a win win. Thanks Lou after almost 50 years with the same set we have a beautiful new set.

1month ago I had commented how we had ordered a pad for our dining room table and had never received it. Monica from Lou Rodman's sent me a msg to contact her. I contacted her and she said Lou said to order a table pad and to have it shipped to our home. I offered to pay the order but Lou generously said that he would foot the bill. Well we received it today. I haven't looked at it yet but I'm sure it's beautiful. Thank you Lou!!! And thank you Monica for following up and checking to see if it had been delivered. It's so true when people post that Lou will do anything to keep his customers happy.
