Great place with wonderful employees!I always enjoy going there, everyone is helpful and friendly!

The store is pretty nice and generally pretty well stocked. CALL BEFORE YOU GO...several times I went to pick up a 70 pound bag of cob, and was told that it was in stock; turned out that all they had was 50 pound bags...this happened a couple times so do call before you go. My real complaint is that these people are not too friendly; on the phone or in person. I'm used to the old Academy feed where you felt like they valued you as a customer. At Longhorn Feed I get a kind of cold feeling from the people who work there...very "indifferent" toward customers. Now I usually wait until I'm going into town and I just go to Academy Feed's Clovis location and I just buy what I need there...MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE! Personally when I spend my hard earned dollars, I want to feel like whoever I'm giving my money to appreciates it!!!

This is a great local feed store! We've purchased hay and other feed from them, high end dog food, tack and other misc horse supplies, clothing and accessories (and they sell boots at really fair prices...I'll be buying a pair at my next visit)- everything Longhorn sells is great: really good quality and competitively priced. The staff and owner are welcoming, knowledgable and so helpful in ensuring we get just what we need at each visit. They even have a play table and toys to help keep the kids occupied! We're happy to give our business to Longhorn.

Great store. :) Lowest price on Taste of the Wild dog food. Great customer service and always willing to help you find right product. Love that they help the community in times of need(ex: evacuations due to fire & delivery of hay and set up an account for ppl to donate). Thank you Longhorn Feed for the wonderful customer service.
