London properties...My first hand experience has not been a pleasant one. And yes, it has been a first hand experience. It is ongoing through current litigation.And through this troubling first hand interaction, personally investigating this company and what appears to be highly questionable practices recently. Uncovering the beginning of a larger picture of some of the bad actors associated with this company and what appears to be highly predatory practices. In the middle of a legal action concerning their company and affiliates wrongfully removing disabled individuals from their homes. As a disabled individual and someone who is living with cancer my personal experience is both disheartening and leaves me afraid for others who are victimized by this type of behavior. Dishonesty is not a great business practice! Avoid at all costs! Find another realtor.

Theresa Mimms was incredibly unprofessional. Never returned our calls on time. Didn't care about our home buying experience and was clearly only in it for her own commission. Terrible realtor. Go anywhere else.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Charlene Avila is. If you need a realtor who goes above and beyond then she is the person for you. My husband and I moved from a city two hours away and she has gone out of her way for us. She is so knowledgeable and a overall amazing person. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her.

So one of the sales guys from here, Earl, is trying to sell the home my family and I are currently renting. I met him when he showed up on my porch, reeking of a complete lack of class, to tell me what I needed to do so he could sell the house. He's the ignorant,, tone deaf type it seems upon first meeting.. so,, this angry, little lad had asked to have his inspectors come today to look at the home and we said ok. This morning I wake up coughing, exhausted, and all sweaty. Not good these days, right? My wife calls and tells Earlthat they are welcome to come do their thing but my husband is home sick. Earl then calls our landlord and tells him we are intentionally sabotaging the sale of his home and gets my wife pissy messages from our landlords wife. ITS THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC EARL! COVID IS BAD! The lack of professionalism from this Earl guy has been evident since day 1. Im pretty sure that if I was trying to sabotage the sale I would not leave on short notice, straighten up the house, and keep all the flaws here to myself. In parting, this Earl guy drives a Hyundai. I never met a good salesperson who drives a Hyundai! Work on your people skills, Earl. London Properties, you could improve your standards quite a bit over this guy. Oh yeah and alsoSome folks come to see the house and are standing out front when my neighbor asks of they know the sewer main needs replacing. It does, we had a plumber out a couple months ago. The client asks me point blank and I told him that is what the plumber said. He then asked why Earl did not disclose it. I replied that I have no idea. I'm not lying for London Properties or Earl. Complete lack of professionalism since day 1. I left them a message for a manager to call me and will update if it happens!

Communication is something to be desired when working with this company. Apparently they think it's OK to just email you documents without any explanation asking for your signatures on hundreds of thousands of dollars on investments. I completely regret working with this company and I will never ever work with them in the future.

Charlene Avila is the Best!! She is so incredibly sweet and takes time even on her day off to show us houses. She discloses things we would love to know and I feel as though she's a friend, not just a salesperson. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We relocated to Clovis from Manteca and used London Properties to help find our new home. Our agent Merili Loucks was wonderful. Merili was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process of our relocation. She was full of suggestions & advice and was clearly concerned with helping us find the right home. I would highly recommend Merili .She also introduced us to an amazing lender that we ended up using as well.

Hands down one of the worst and most stressful real estate experiences we have ever had. The lack of transparency, with Susan Reneau and the Broker Josh Marple after requesting documentation which would have allowed us to see all parties interested in our property and any other bids that were made on our house. Instead they refused to provide the information after seven e-mail attempts, in person requests and follow up calls via phone messages. I would not ever do business with either of these two again and would be highly cautious of doing business with London properties again. The "Oh Sweetie" or " Honey Ill take care of you" felt like a completion deception as lies and threats of suit came pouring out her mouth. My recommendation if you come across any of these characters is run the other way forest, run!Hope this helps any prospective buyers or sellers!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Chris Giese is the criminal car salesman of real estate. He takes advantage of people's situations to get a bigger cut of the pie. He did not advocate for us and not only did we wind up paying AT LEAST 20k more than we should have but, he advised us to sign papers that protected the previous owners and not us. We were first time buyers and he took advantage of our lack of knowledge. Avoid him because he will rob you.

Ask for Robin Squires for your property management whether you are selling or buying. She is very knowledgeable & always answers her phone or get back to you when she is not available. She gave us advice & suggestions whenever we were unsure of our decisions but not pushy.
