Lomax Window And Door

We got one window in the house replaced, for now and are planning to get the whole house done and we had a wonderful experience with Lomax from the time of first contact great customer service and awesome people that have come out to quote and install. Very satisfied and will be using them for the rest of the house thanks for making it easy Lomax!

Eddie came out to take measurements of all of our windows with in a few days. He came and had awesome customer service and helped us get all our windows ordered. They are also going to be putting in a new sliding glass door. To be fair they haven't put the windows in yet but I'll update my review once windows get put in. He said windows take about 10 days to be custom made which is incredible. Can't wait to update and post pictures of our new windows.

The good: They installed my windows quickly and when they said they would. The windows look really nice, and they were on-par with pretty much everyone else pricewise, maybe just a tad cheaper. The salesman was respectful of my time and didn't keep pushing.The meh: They use common sales tactics of offering free extras, when in reality they weren't free. For example, they offered to install a dog door for free, but I declined. Then after I got my quote, I asked if they would still do the dog door for free and he said no because he lowered the price. Nothing is free, so just be aware of that. They only offer one brand of windows, which is probably pretty common in the industry. The bad: The installation wasn't necessarily the best. Everything wasn't as neat and tidy as it could have been. I'm not sure if this had to do with the quality of the windows or the installation, but I still feel heat/cold leaking in around the new windows, and I haven't noticed much if any difference on the PG&E.

I have been waiting for a year on a claim i submitted to have my window repaired. Even though i was promised a follow up from eddie i still haven't received one update on it. Ive called atleast 6x and not one have they been helpful or sincere. Very poor customer service. During my install they also left holes in my stucco outside. You can find quality elsewhere. Im not one to typically leave a bad review as a small business owner i know the value of a good review and the impact it has on a business when a bad review is listed. It would have been nice just once to have a follow up.

They did an awesome job installing our new windows. I received 5 quotes from local companies and they had the best prices! Their customer service is awesome also! Will definitely recommend.

I live in an older mobile home that had the original windows. Lomax replaced all my living room windows and they were wonderful. The windows are beautiful and the service and installation experience couldn't have been better. Jay and Juan were so nice and knowledgeable and efficient. I plan to do a few more windows and will definitely call Lomax.I highly recommend Lomax to anyone.

Debated whether or not to add new windows and huge sliding patio door. Decided to go with Lomax windows and I'm glad we did. Windows look fantastic. The two gentlemen who measured were the same to install which meant no mistakes were made. Both were very professional and helpful with everything asked of them. Always returned calls and texts in a timely manner. Windows installed as promised. Only glitch was one window arrived to their shop broken but they corrected that before they came to install. So happy they look over their products before bringing them out. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks Jay and Juan!!!!

Lomax did my entire house with triple pane windows and I couldn't be happier. I received multiple quotes and I couldn't pass up the quality for the price. I had no issues and it made my house look updated immediately. Everyone was so nice. I'm so glad I chose them. Highly recommend!!

Won't let me do a half star, but this is a four and a half star review. The windows we had installed looked absolutely beautiful. There were some imperfections on some of the windows, but the lifetime warranty covers their replacement. Lomax was graciously willing to file on our behalf and come out and do the replacement.The individuals involved with this company will truly do what needs to be done to make their customers happy. There was a rocky road in the middle of our install and the installers were pulled off the job site leaving a huge mess behind them. I was contacted almost immediately after complaining online from a representative who truly wished to make this right. After clearing up all the miscommunication the job was finished beautifully and we were offered compensation in the form of a reduced bill.If you are thinking about getting new windows installed check these guys out. They offer some other services as well that I will be hiring them for as well. We will also be doing the rest of the windows in our home. They earned my repeat buisness and they truly deserve yours.

We purchased Plygym windows in 2010 from Lomax, which have a lifetime guarantee. Recently a few of the windows springs were not working properly. We called Lomax and they gave us the contact information we needed for the warranty. Windows were repaired promptly with no charge. We love the quality of our windows and appreciate the great customer service from Lomax.
