Lock Masters

I spoke with one of their representatives and she told me a price for getting a new key fob copied. When I went to their shop, another higher price was stated. I told them about the conversation I had and that I wasn't going to pay any price higher than the price stated. They went forward with the copying and gave me the price without any tax. I appreciate that they made it a good experience by their quick service and awesome pricing. My only suggestion is the pricing/communication could be worked on so that there isn't an issue with someone who could be overbearing on deals. Regardless, thank you, Lock Masters for your work/efforts. If you're looking for a tech to copy your key fob, look for Tino. Thank you Tino!

I lost my 2008 Honda Accord key/fob while I was out and did not have a spare. They came to my house after I had my car towed home and were able to cut and program two key fobs for me. Expensive lesson, but I had no other choice. I would definitely call them again if needed :)

They get zero stars... Very poor customer service, they don't stand behind their work. they even made it difficult to talk about the job they preformed ... I payed $400.00 and was left with a vehicle and key that did work.. I took the key to their place of business and was told it's not the key it must be the vehicle.. So I called a different locksmith he came out Did the same job half the time.. What he found is that LOCK MASTERS did not complete the job fully which caused the CPU to not work properly.. After fixing the Vehicle Engine Computer he fix the key they half made... I would not recommend LOCK MASTER to anyone... There are better nicer locksmith that need work out there...After the post from LOCK MASTER on McKinley I know exactly who I gave my money to.. This just proves my point. You take the money and forget your customers.. Its okay I was told about your service after the fact.. It's okay the problem was fix by a competitor of yours and they fix your bad job...

Customer service sucks, they weren't upfront with their pricing. I went to program and cut a spare key. I was quoted a price but when I paid, the price that was significantly higher and they were unable to program the fob. They told me it was the key I purchased from eBay and that I could buy their key fob for $200. They still charged me labor to program a fob that doesn't work. And I can't return it because they cut it. Why wouldn't they try to program it first before cutting it? I don't recommend this place.

They made the key quickly & correctly for 1/3 the money Home Depot charged. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I was writing a review... so to continue. They told me it would take about four hours and I only waited for about one and half hours. The shop is very nice, they treated me very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My car is a Mini cooper, so it takes a smart key. I would have had to go to southern California or northern California, they definitely saved me from a trip... time and money. Thank you for your service

despite some of the other reviews here, I had a really great experience with Lock Masters! they were quick, clear, and friendly . their quote was also well priced , and they gave me a cool keychain. I would recommend for anyone who has a Toyota Prius!

Not even gonna select a rating. Over charged. Didn't even do the work that I was charged for.

They Don't check the problem that you have, they only assumed they charge me for a new remote and my doors still don't lock, I lost my money, and on the top the chick that works there was kind of laughing I did not like that, bad customer service and no communication, they do what they think is wrong and they don't fix the problem. I had to pay double took it somewhere else got it fix I don't recommend this place, I'm glad that you admitted that you only do what you supposed to do, that tells you what kind of business you are
