Livingston Community Health

Livingston Health Center is the worst for customer care. Each time my mom is prescribed medications, not all of them get sent over, when we try to call about it, we get rude staff. Takes over 2 weeks sometimes to get the missing medications called in. Ive been calling for my mom for years and today all of a sudden Im no longer listed. I ask to speak to a manager, I get brushed off. Their online complaint form doesnt even work. They do not care about clients at all. If you have a complaint, not their problem as far as they are concerned.

DON'T GO HERE! No matter what, don't ho here at all, avoid it at all costs! The doctor here is unprofessional which is no big brainer seeing the place they work at. The receptionist and nurse that helped us sorry you guys were actually good. The doctor just plain suck! They don't care about you whatsoever. Not professional at all, I have no idea how these people even become or stay being doctors. Should be ashamed to carry such title. They careless about the patient. These "Drs" are just stealing money from the people. They don't care about you at all. I've yet to know why they're still up and running. Save your life ! DO NOT GO HERE!

Had to have my high school student receive a COVID19 Test. Staff was pleasant, professional, kind and courteous. We were in and out with little delay (approximately 20-30 minutes). Appointment was easy to make and again, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. My son was able to be cleared and returned to school with no problems. Documentation was provided (of clearance), and everything was neat, professional and in order. I would highly recommend the COVID-19 Clinic at 600 B Street (Bldg C). The staff were very kind and considerate. Both my son and I felt safe and very well cared for. Thank you Livingston Community Health!

Worst doctors office ever. They have medical assistants with zero clue helping you. They barely speak english. They talk about you in spanish. They do not follow through with authorizations and required testing. They took 4 weeks to follow through with MRI. Incompetent office. Even the office manager is incompetent. Dont go here..I'm positive this place will be held to a malpractice suit soon. .if they are not in one already. Incompetent staff. Drs going in and out of here every 3 months! No continuity of care! I'd give zero stars...but yelp wont let me.

From 2016 I have had the privilege of seeing the lives this organization has been touching. They work tirelessly to educate the public on the importance of rural healthcare and medi-cal services. Recently I had an opportunity to hear that LCH donated 1.2M to Stanislaus State to launch a Nursing Program and again just an example in how they are looking to change and disrupt the healthcare systemfor the better. I would refer any friend or family member to receive their care in the South Central Valley. Leslie and her team: Dr. Villanueva, Feras Khoury, and Janelle Shears are leading the way!

Went to the Delhi office and will not be returning...EVER. While the office staff was nice, Dr. Cha has got to be the worst doctor that I have ever seen with regard to bedside manner. He was condescending, antagonistic, and made me feel that I had to be defensive the entire visit with regard to my past twenty-five years of medical history.

If I could give this zero stars I would . The wait time is extremely long if you try to call them I wouldn't even bother I'd just go in person . The doctors are horrible they keep prescribing me medication for my anxiety that o told them several times I cannot take because it makes me extremely dizzy , I throw up and I get impaired which I cannot drive to work because of it

So upset have a lot of issues 66 year old woman with lots of issues 10 surgeries went in today for follow up on hospitalization after colonostipy for 3 days. Did cologuard in September, never got back with me with results but referred me with Gi doctor months after. Spent 3 days in hospital for bleeding. Finally got to see provider. Had very high blood pressure even after taking medication Did not and said its always high but wouldn't even address. Got an order for blood work up and made me appointment for 2 months later. I am in pain always. I need a real doctor from Livingston community health. Been going here for 40 years.

These clinics continue to put children in harms way by their lack of concern and care and the unprofessionalism of the nurses and doctors that would make fun of a mother that is concerned about her baby, Doing this in Spanish language thinking the mother wouldn't know what they're saying herself being Hispanic understood them very well. As a clinic advertising care for their community and people this speaks very poorly and sadly the hirees there are totally unprofessional and untrained in working with the public When an eight-month-old baby gets four shots and vomits and diarrhea for two days wih a temperature muscle jerking in hands and legs, sleeps almost continuously after these shots, the medical profession thinks it's funny and makes fun of you because you're worried about your child. These people must not have children and on. My opinion. In the wrong profession. What kind of low employees are so heartless. Delhi dr corral

Horrible place took my family here and they came to get prenatal care the worker was ok but the staff are rude and take for ever 2 hrs every time and No OB providers on call or avaible Dr.Sogocio is only Fridays and her MAs are rude as hell. Dont come here what a night mare they get your make tons of mistakes
