My wife went and got a massage buy Amanda, she said it was one of the best massages she has ever received

Whenever you need a massage go here, don't double think about it because I promise it's all worth it. I paid $90 for a one hour massage & not only that but the room is so relaxing and clean. You should call ahead of time to make sure there is availability and to schedule an appointment. I do I live in Merced so I called and I was able to get an appointment right away sighing the next hour, they worked with my time due to the fact that I was running a little late. Regardless of how late I was they still took me in and gave me the best service !! This place is awesome they people here are so nice and have great customer service. It's also super clean and they even have some cucumber water they offer. I highly recommend this place I normally never leave reviews unless I totally love this place & let others know how amazing of a job they do here. Tracy is also the one that gave me my massage so don't forget to ask for her :)

Kim gave me the best facial I've ever had. First I was given a cloth wrap around with snaps to close it around my chest. Laid on a very padded heated table with warm blankets to cover up with if I wanted. Then Kim came in and wrapped my hair in a towel so no creams or lotion got on it. Put little cooling pads on my eye lids and went to work. I felt really papered and my face was so clean afterwards. She massaged my head, neck and shoulders. I felt the price was very reasonable for all she did. Everything took about an hour.

This place is amazing! I had a facial today with Tess and my skin feels incredible! Even got a neck/shoulder and scalp massage. I added on the microdermabrasion and it was totally worth it. I have a lot of blackheads around my nose and chin and she really took her time to get as much out as she could. The ambiance of the place is super relaxing and calm. Total I spent just over $100 (not including tip) and the whole process took about 45 min. Already booked my next appointment next month and can't wait to come back!

This place is great, love Diane at the reception she's also so nice and has a great attitude and also so welcoming. Tracy is beyond amazing with her hands and gives the best massages, she is so nice. Cheyenne gives great facials, also so nice and spirited. Love this place, don't love that they rises their prices because now I can't go as often. But if you want a treat, definitely treat yourself by going to this place.

Wonderful massages!! Tracy has very strong hands and a soothing touch! My mom, who used to never want a massage, LOVES it here! She has been to Tracy quite a few times now, and she is all smiles, and then usually falls asleep on the ever so comfortable and heated massage table. The whole experience from start to finish is one of relaxation and de-stressing. My friend gets facials here from Cheyenne and absolutely loves it as well.

Diane is a crook- she charged my mom for an add on for a facial extra & when I made the appt so the hailey she never mentioned there was a price increase and Diane would not honor that-- she argued with my mom for 30 mins about this issue that no she owes a certain amount for the add on when that price was never given to her or I-- that is beyond unprofessional to argue and not honor what the person making the appt did not provide and blame us for it. I bought a package months ago and today was my last facial and microdermabrasion, yet she tried to tell me I owe for a microdermabrasion but the facial was covered. She tries to rip people off and not end the facial on positive relaxing notes: therefore I will not be back. I've been a customer for years maybe over 10 years and because of her I will definitely not return and make sure nobody I know returns. Oh she also tried to tell me oh if u owe for the whole facial because you said you bought it in October: I told her I thought it was October but you have a computer in front of you what does it say? She's so unprofessional. I can't keep track what date I bought the package but unfortunately she's so dishonest that you have to keep track of that and I can't go to a place of business like that ever! She actually ruined my relaxationI must say Cheyenne is very nice and great with facials but unfortunately I don't want to go to a place where they are trying to rip me off and be a crook--instead of being honest and valuing my business.

Horrible service. The financial coordinator - Dustie, needs an attitude adjustment. Very rude and hostile tone. Explains why this place seems to be having new staff coming through the door every month. This place has gone down hill since both Drs Lisa and Sam Romero have left. (To open their own practice I believe: Novella Medical Services) I'd suggest going to Novella Medical Services directly to be treated by Drs Lisa and Sam Romero.

My physician moved to another practice, and when I called Live Well to ask her new location they told me they really didn't know, I know that to be false. Because it's a family business and I'm sure they know exactly where she had relocated. It is common courtesy in the medical community to share this information with PATIENTS! Very poor choice to be so petty!
