This location is 45 minutes from my house but near where my kids are having a birthday party and I haven't been there before. It Showed as closed online when I went to get directions to pick up the order from the birthday venue. The Listed phone number on receipt and online did not work. I find another nearby Little Caesars since I needed the pizzas right away for a large birthday party. I showed the 2nd location the issue, that I already paid the day before for a birthday party but the location is closed online. They couldn't get ahold of anyone and said it's a different franchise owner so I would need to pay again. I bought pizzas again and left for the party now late with food for the rented room because of this issue. 2 hours later the original location calls and says they were open and they threw out the pizzas and that this is a corporate problem. I explain that their listed number doesn't work and it shows they are closed online. They say it's a corporate problem. I go over there to try to talk to someone after the party to resolve the issue. At minimum I'll take the pizza I already paid for and have a double order. The manager on site refuses to listen, or help resolve the issue. They wouldn't give me their name or contact info for the GM or franchise owner. They would not fill the order nor give a refund. They also said they sold my pizzas and didn't throw them away, different from what was said on the phone. Instead of just trying to work out anything, they took over $100 for my order, refused to provide product or refund me. This is a misunderstanding now turned into basic theft/fraud situation. Can't imagine a business owner wanting to employee such blatantly unprofessional staff. I go online to address the issue with corporate and their contact portal says it's down. What a joke. Now I know why their yelp rating shows them as consistent trash.

I couldn't rate the pizza because I couldn't even get the pizza. The service here is the worst. Don't order online, if there is a problem they just say it's a problem with corporate. If you need to change your order online, you have to talk to corporate. If their phone number isn't working, corporate is supposed to fix it. Zero help and lack of accountability. There are other locations near by, I would recommend going to an alternate.

Would give zero stars if I could. Did an order pickup but their system was having technical difficulties. We had our receipt, email confirmation and order number. Our order was ready at the store with our name on it. The girl wouldn't give us our order even though we had all of the confirmations needed. All we got was major attitude from the cashier. She had the worst customer service and even talked back to me like a child. Worst experience, will never come back to this location.

My nieces and I came to Little Caesars on Shaw and Marks in Fresno, CA on 09/18/21. My nieces LOVE pizza and since they are little ones they are not too picky about their pizza as long as it is pizza. They are picky when it comes to what is on their pizza such as the older niece only likes Cheese or Cheese and Olives while the little niece likes only cheese or Pepperoni and Cheese. Since I don't eat beef we can't get Pepperoni. We all went inside the store to order as you can't leave small children inside cars xD so there was a line. The staff was very friendly and taking orders as quickly as possible. I decided to order one large Olive Pizza which met in the middle for all of us. No complaints from the little ones at all. We ordered and then waited in the car as we were quoted it would be a 20 minute wait. So the nieces and I played I-SPY until the pizza was ready and we had to return to pick it up. There was a small wait as there was other people a head of us. Staff was very professional and provided us the right order and pizza and we all happily left. The nieces couldn't wait until we returned to the family house to tear open the pizza. I am personally not a fan of Little Caesars as I prefer Round Table or Me N Eds but it does come through if you are on a budget for sure. The pizza was actually pretty good and I helped myself to an extra slice (two slices). The nieces and I finished a whole pizza and I will tell you I didn't feel well after that haha it was not Little Caesars Fault maybe it was because it was so darn cheesy and good we couldn't get enough. Overall, You can't beat the price especially if you have a lot of people to feed. I will be back mostly for my nieces. Good eats and memories you can't go wrong! They definitely are stepping it up for sure!

We ordered a cheese pizza stuffed crust and a veggie pizza and it was quite possibly the worst pizza we've ever had. The cheese pizza look like the cheese had fallen off. There is very little cheese and just a little sauce and bread on the stuffed crust ring. It was peculiar looking and definitely not right. The veggie pizza was just OK. It was cold and gummy. With pizza being so much more expensive these days (2 large pizzas and two wings was $65!!!) these chain places need to up their game. This was crap.

I went in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and a Supreme (3 pizzas). Waited 20min. only brought out 2, the Supreme and a cheese. I told the guy that I ordered 2 pepperoni, not 1, nor a cheese pizza. Manager walks in, guy tells her whats going on. She proceeds to give me attitude about the order. I tell her to refund my money, which she does, while talking crap to me. I got my money and left, while she continued talking crap. So, I went to another location. Told them what happened. She said they have a bad reputation for screwing up orders, bad attitude and not giving refunds. So, lucky I got my money back without issue. This location sucks. They also over-charge about 20% more than other locations. What a rip off.
