She's your typical shady ruthless realtor. I should've gone through a realtor that was recommended but I made one of hugest mistakes of my life dealing with Linda. So, I looked and randomly chose a realtor with high reviews to sell my place in Fresno being that I'm from San Francisco. Just let me tell you she sounds sweet but please be aware she is working with your opposition against you (the person that is paying her). I caught her in several untruths I was going to cancel her and get a new agent but by that time we were already too far into things and she made sure to remind me a vacant property was likely to vandalized (She seriously said that, you can't make this up). She will let your property sit there so you become really desperate and then when she's got you where she wants you she will begin tossing you the lowest ball offers ever! There are tons of great realtors here in the Bay Area I wish I would've had someone local recommend a better fit. Ah well, at least I know for a next time. She sold my place for $107k I said NO to her lowball $100k offer so she conveniently put the offer at $107k with her commission added to get me to accept. The very next month after my unit sold a smaller unit in same community sold for $125k. Consumer Beware,

Linda is such an amazing realtor. She was highly responsive to my request even when it was 7am. She is such a joy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommended her with all my friends, family and basically to anyone looking to buy or sale a home. Being a first-time home buyer and purchasing my home in a sellers' market could not have been easier with the help that she provided. Even now that I have owned my home for some years, I contact her with questions, and she does everything in her power to help me out. Linda Peltz was our realtor and we couldn't have been happier. Professional, prompt, friendly, and perfection as a realtor!!
