It's been a minute since I've been back here... I heard they remodeled? But idk what changed lmao I guess it's been that long since my last visit (it hasn't been a full year yet, fyi). My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.

Wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to my new work place. It's attached to the Tea Shop, which you have to walk through first to get to the restaurant. You'll then have to wait to be seated at the register. I think this set-up is kind of awkward but hey, at least they have cute sidewalk seating that I'll probably never use. There are plenty of tables and long benches to sit at.Tried the House Special Beef Pho and it was average at best. $17 for a bowl that wasn't too big or filling. The food itself was decent but I expected bigger portions. The servers were cool, I don't think they're the issue.Will come in if it's convenient and I want a quick bite. But if you have the time to go somewhere else, there are a ton of better pho restaurants in Fresno!

I went to lunch with my daughter on a quiet Friday afternoon and decided to dine in for the first time, though we've eaten here before. When we walked in, the host was helping two other customers and asked us to wait, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. After finishing with them, she told us we could sit anywhere--confusing, since we'd just been told to wait to be seated ‍.I ordered the bun bo hue with beef ribs, but they were out of ribs. I settled for the BBH special. I also ordered calamari, but they were out of that too and apparently have been for months (why is it still on the menu?). My daughter and I also ordered boba. Her drink came out without the boba, so we had to flag the server to fix it.Overall, the food was mediocre, nothing special. The ambiance was okay but not as authentic as I expected. Also, fish sauce isn't on the table--you have to ask for it. I wouldn't come back unless it was my last resort.

Honestly there are so many other pho spots that is way more flavorful. And for the price I don't think it's worth it. They only offer one size as well. They have a little side station where you can grab your own bean sprouts, jalapeños and limes. Service was ok, but I think it was because they didn't have too many servers and we arrived at a time when it was kind of busy. It's a pretty spacious spot and they're also connected to a boba spot. They also have outside seating if you want to sit outside. But overall I wouldn't go back when I have other pho spots closer to me.

Service was ok. They were really busy. Not much choices on the menu. Just a lot of different soups. I got the calamari, #1 house special, kids pho. This place is really pricy. My pho alone is $17. The broth was just way too sweet. It's not authentic tasting. I had to bring my own shrimp paste and Thai chilis. Also it's self serve when it comes to the toppings for your pho, they already add basil into your pho. Calamari wasn't good, no flavor just spicy. The sauce it came with wasn't good. This is just my personal preference.

First time there and it was great experience, we were there on Friday night right after work. I order BBH BEEF RIBS and it wasn't bad at all. The portion of RIBS is not bad (just perfect), but a little portion of the noodle and offered 1 size. My two little sister ordered bbh special and sweet & sour soup. The sweet and sour wasn't her liking so she waste it. Also it has pineapple in the soup.

First time going here thanks for LT and that was the best side of beef rib I've ever tasted comes in it's own portion of broth. I call that the kiddie pool the main portion was the deep end which I drowned the beef rib in after I fished out all the other meats. The broth was unbelievably flavorful and had most of the condiments. They have a little side bar for sprouts and lemon and 3 crabs FS. Also got a fruit tea to go with my lunch The Grapefruit Queen. Ambiance had smooth jazz playing and not too loud and tables and floors were super clean. This is top tier in my book. We even ordered to go and you have to get something from the Teazona menu.

BEST BEST pho in town hands down, it is on the pricier side but 100% worth it. The egg rolls were sooooo delicious! My fiance couldn't stop talking about them and telling all the workers how much he enjoyed them. New fav spot for us

10/10 been coming here for over a year everyone is so nice and the food and teazona drinks are soooo amazing.
