I just came in to see if they could clean my rings and they were SO very nice and welcoming ! I gave my 2 rings a "Spa Day" ... cleaned and checked stones. I could not believe the difference in my rings when I picked them!! They haven't looked that shiny since I got them!! Thank you ! I will definitely do business with them!!

My Fiancée and I started our ring search here. Not only were they welcoming but Kathy helped educate us on everything we needed to know about the diamond, setting, how to insure, etc. This was both of our first piece of jewelry to purchase so we felt immensely better after this. After our visit here we went to 3 other local jewelers plus some big chain stores and we quickly made our way back to Lewis. We had another amazing visit with Kathy and I had narrow down a few styles, shapes, etc for my fiancée to choose from. My fiancée did some solo visits with Kathy and I was gifted this beautiful engagement ring. Not only were the prices incredible at Lewis but the service and atmosphere were hard to beat. We also wanted the place we purchased the ring to be somewhere we wanted to continue going back to get jewelry and somewhere we trust. We are now 8 months into our engagement and I am still in love. I also have had my ring cleaned numerous times, it is quick and easy. Plus they are always so nice. Everyone there is so kind but we LOVED our experience with Kathy!!

Yelp 2016 Review 100 Challenge - #11So since I decided to pop the question after nearly 15 years of being w/ my gf, or now fiance, I had to do my research and shop around for that perfect ring around town. Luckily, I had a good idea of what my fiance wanted since she did send me a pic of what she liked a long while back. Lewis Diamond Co. was probably my 6th or 7th visit within the past week that I was looking around, and I am glad I chose them over the others. It's a family owned business that has been in Fresno for a while, and Tyson was a no-pressure and laid back type of salesman. He worked with what I was willing to spend and had the perfect match to what I was looking for. Everything is available on site, unlike others in town that would have to special order the same type of ring I wanted which would have taken another 3-4 weeks to deliver. Thank you again Tyson, for making this process fast and painless as possible!

Really 0 starsMy husband and I purchased our wedding rings from bridal ring center who is no longer in business 24 years ago. My mother passed away and I wanted to incorporate her wedding ring with mine so I replaced my center diamond with my mothers. My diamond has been appraised by bridal ring center and Warners jeweler. I had a nice diamond. Both my Mother's and my diamond was the same clarity but my mothers was a bit larger ( Lewis jewelry store checked clarity and size) so I had my Mother's diamond placed in my ring. This was 3 years ago. Today I go into Lewis jewelry store with my sister and we inquire about putting my original diamond ( the diamond that was removed from my wedding ring and replaced with my Mother's ring) into her setting. The lady who was helping us was very nice. She was going over all the options with us and checking the diamonds I had brought to incorporate. She confirmed it was real (of course) and we continue to go over options. Out of nowhere this very rude lady ( I believe to be one of the owners, younger lady with brown hair) came up and told the lady helping us that she can't tell the clarity without cleaning them and that they were "very dirty". Well maybe, the diamond has been tucked away in the plastic bag they put it in when they gave it back to me 3 years ago. Then the rude lady proceeded to take my diamond and look at it under the microscope and tells the nice lady that it is a CZ!! WHAT? I immediately tell her that 3 years ago they were the ones who switched that diamond out for the one I had on my finger. She looks up the receipt and conveniently enough there is nothing written about removing or replacing my diamond. It only states that they placed a new "head" on the ring. Of course I can't find my receipt from 3 years ago! The rude lady proceeded to tell the other salesmen while still standing in my view and where I can hear her that" I probably switched the diamonds myself so I could get a upgrade."! Really?? WOW, what a piece of work this lady is! I will NEVER recommend this business. This women/business is absolutely horrible! Sadly the grandfather worked very hard to build this business just for his granddaughter (who ever this woman is) to destroy it! You don't treat customers who spend thousands of dollars at your business like this.

Service, product, integrity and pricing makes Lewis Diamond Company a great jewelry store!!! They listen to what it is we want and find the perfect match. They are not pushy whatsoever and have even recommended my items that cost less than others I was considering. Not easy to find this type of integrity these days! Thank you Lewis Diamond Co...!!!

My boyfriend & I went in to look at rings to get ideas of what we like. Christi helped us & is such a great person to work with. They have such beautiful jewelry & a great selection. I purchased the wedding band for my boyfriend & he's in the process of purchasing my ring. Lewis Diamond Co. is the place to go if you want amazing quality jewelry & fantastic customer service. Ask for Christi, you'll love her.

First of all I can't say enough how helpful Kathy was and if you are looking for anything I recommend to go to Lewis and ask for Kathy. They are always so welcoming and aren't just throwing a credit card at you like other places. I felt important when I went and told them my budget and they helped me 100%. For the price you get such beautiful quality especially for what you have. They helped me with pick out my now fiancé ring and she said yes!! So thank you so much Kathy for helping me you are the best!!

Lewis Diamond Co. has been my go-to jewelers since back in the "Jewelry Mart" days. I've had my great-grandmother's wedding band repaired, I've had a necklace repaired, I've bought earrings (2) and pendants (3), I've had a loose diamond turned into an earring, and we're currently getting our anniversary rings from there. Mine is a 3 diamond ring (1.5ct tw) and my husband's is a platinum band. Retail these rings would be well over $9,000 together but we're paying around half that. The quality is phenomenal, the service is incredible and the selection is affordable. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I've been helped by different people over the years but most recently Christy was so helpful. Honestly, I can't say enough about how much I recommend this place!!

I love all the rings (engagement and wedding bands) my husband and I bought from here! Christie was very helpful, patient, and really listened to the styles we wanted. Planning a huge wedding was very stressful so my husband and I really appreciated how the whole process of picking out our wedding bands, ordering them, and picking them up went very smoothly. The service was great and everyone at Lewis Diamond Co. are friendly whenever I go in to get my rings cleaned.

What a wonderful job the sales team and jewelers have done with the my FIANCÉ!!! Juan had several options of jewelers to pick from, since we've moved to LA he had been checking in with several jewelers down there and never felt quiet as taken care of, listened to, and welcomed as he did in Fresno Jewelry Mart. They answered all his questions and let him sit and debate internally between this stone or that for hours. The quality of the diamond and the quality of personal care they provided have truly made his ring buying amazing. He shared with me that he was floored at how fast they got the ring made and ready for him even though he purchased on a Saturday and picked up the next Tuesday which happened to be Christmas Eve no less!!! As the receiver of the ring I am in love with the quality and care I can see! They even will provide free cleaning anytime and every time I want to walk in!!!
