Bad service! First time customer at Len's. Bought a new lawnmower on an online auction. Took it in because it didn't quite run right. The lady at front desk was a little rude but not there for that so I proceeded. I was told that the carb needed to be cleaned. Cool. I left it and was given a ticket. Still cool. Here's where the janky stuff happened. I lost my ticket. Why the f did I do that! After the estimated time for repair I called to check if my lawnmower was ready. I told her I lost my ticket and gave my name. She said she would call back but never did. I repeatedly call and called and was given the same answer. It would be next week. Finally after 2 months I went in and they tried to give me a mower that wasn't mine. Umm...excuse me? After showing her a picture of my lawnmower they finally found it and said, wait for it....another week. I finally got my mower back. Worked well. Cool. I felt bothered by the rigmarole. So gave my mower a once over the same as when I bought it. I notice these janky mf swapped my blades out. What was there was an old, rusted, chipped blade that 100% wasn't there prior. I remember noticing the blade was new prior to this taking it to them. Horrible customer service. Took way to long. Tried to okie doke me with a different mower. Swapping parts. The only reason I'm giving it a one star is that my mower ran better. Oh yeah, they charged me 130. I've read other reviews where a carb cleaning was like 90. Will never go back!

Brought a chainsaw in for basic service/tuneup. basically for an oil change and a new chain or sharpening. No word for two months, I call to be told they need to "run one more test. Call back next week"Next week I get put on hold for over an hour then the call is dropped. I call again each month and get either run around or terminal hold. This week she takes my number and says I'll check and call you back. Five days later I stop in. She says did they call to tell you it is ready? She disappeared into the back for 15 minutes and the service man brings it out to say "it's not worth it, no charge." I remind him it was running when I brought it in for an oil change and chain. Truth is this business is a mess. un organized and un professional at best. I'll never bring anything here again and I'd recommend you find another option too.

Save yourself some grief and DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible customer service! I dropped off my mower and edger in April 2024 and was told I would receive a call with an estimate. Never happened. Each time I called to inquire about it, I was told I would receive a call back. Never happened. After 3 months, I called and was told the edger was ready but the mower was in pieces. When I expressed my frustration, I was told I could come pick up the pieces and the edger. I told him to put it back together and I will come now to get everything. Once arrived, I was told I was impatient. UNBELIEVEALBE!!! They lack any help because they are not willing to pay them and they take on jobs they cannot finish. Poor communication, rude owners....I'm surprised they are still in business. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

What a difference time makes. It took five (!) months to get the mower back this time around. Every time I called to see if it was ready I got "He said he can have it done next week." The price of the service also doubled to $89.95. When I asked them to explain the hike, the owners wife went all in. "It's 2022. Just look at the price of gas!" I guess they had to fill up the truck or something in order to sharpen the blade. Not even an apology or recognition for taking *half a year* to get it done. It's evidently extremely hit or miss here, and they'll be missing on any future business from me.

Insisted my to take our Lawn mower to be repaired here back in April 24th. They said 4-6 weeks. Today is June 21st and our lawn mower is not ready. My husband calls almost every week and the front desk lady , says she is checking in the back and never returns back to the phone. My husband called back today and she told him she would call back at the end of the day. We decide to go in person since it's been almost 2 months and we walk in and she gives my husband an attitude and says "I told you I was going to call you by the end of the day" which I responded, you never return his calls. She says it take 4-6 weeks, which have already long past. She goes to the back and after a while this guy comes and tells her it's all taken apart and it still needs something in and it would take about 20 minutes a whisper. She turns to my husband and says come back at 4:30 pm by the end of the day. If you want to wait for your repairs more than 2 months and receive bad customer service , go for it. We shall see if we get our lawn mover today by the end of the day @4:30pm.

As my luck would have it, right when I was about to start weeding of my property, my string trimmer wouldn't start. Long story short, I was desperate enough to buy another trimmer while mine was getting fixed. Figured I'd buy WHERE I was getting the repair. I didn't have to because Susie and her co-worker fixed it within 15 minutes. That saved me a couple of hundred. They were easy to talk to and super helpful. I will be bringing my future business here. Not everyone is perfect but when they are on the ball, it sticks in a person's memory.

Worst place to go we took a 10k toro riding mower said they will have it done but since it was Covid parts where backed up so as we left the mower we we would pay the process in payments come to find out beginning of the year my brother went to take a payment never told us the mower was done crazy part is they sold the mower without our permission lady at the front is not all there so DONT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT THERE IT MIGHT GET SOLD without your permission

I've done business here for more then 30 years and have only great experiences. The people are nice and know what they are doing. They are always busy with law service equipment and find a way to get things fixed quickly for the little guy. I will not go anywhere else
