Leighton's Jewelers of Madera

Went in for watch repair and to purchase a necklace. Not a wide selection of necklaces but no issue. At first it seemed they forgot to process my order, but once I called to check the status they got right on it and made it right swiftly. The repair was less than a week and they did a great job for a reasonable price. Will return for watch repair.

I like coming here, and I realistically come here once every two years. I've had watch batteries replaced, rings resized and bought new jewelry. The service quality has always been consistent, and prices have been affordable. I will keep going back because of the great service and affordable pricing.

Leighton's is absolutely the best jeweler in Madera with out a question hands down. Although I know it not to be true, it seems as if they always put me in the front of the line. Turn around time here is unreal. And the prices are second to none.

Had a coupon to replace batteries with my 2 watches . They provided Great Customer Service . Looked at beautiful jewelry while waiting , and was educated on Jewelry . Shall return to pick up jewelry repair with my watch and drop off another repair jewelry piece .

I searched Yelp for a good place to get ears pierced. Leighton's came up and after checking out some other places I drove to Leighton's in Madera from Clovis. This place is more than worth the drive. I don't care about jewelry very much and rarely see anything I like but I saw so many beautiful pieces of jewelry here! I would come here again and again, the customer service is amazing and the jewelry is art. Go to Leighton's, you will be glad you did!

Fantastic full service jewelery store! The best part is the great old fashion service. It is rare to find such great traditions in a well run family business. I very much appreciated the owners family values on how they value being part of their customers heirloom history.

Supporting family owned businesses is awesome, and even better when they are professionals. I didn't trust any other jeweler to do some repairs for me on a very important piece and even made recommendations to prevent the issues on my pendant from happening again. Shipped to Inland Empire with no problems. Great service!!

Leightons Jewelers is by far one of the best jewelry stores I've ever been to, before I sat foot in there I had visited Kay's Jewelers and Zales and had honestly not had my thoughts on an engagement ring valued or taken into consideration. They were very pushy on what they felt I should get for my girlfriendWhen I came in Daniel was amazing and very helpful they didn't limit me or stereotype me into a certain price or range. They let me choose what I felt she would like. They worked with me on my time frame and on what I needed done. They were truly amazing and helped me with diamond options and the way it would look, never made me feel obligated to buy or like a hassle to assist. Chris was also very sweet and precise, honestly overall had great customer service with everyone there. They made that day that more special :) thank you guys so much!
