OMG, wish I had read the Yelp reviews first, but went to LT as they were recommended by a trusted family member. But it has been nearly a year since I had them "file" some adult-adoption papers so I can put my (step) son in my family trust. It's supposed to be a simple process, should only take a few weeks to a couple months at the most (but being a post-pandemic era, I would expect the courts to be a little behind). I called and emailed several times in the last year only getting a couple callbacks stating one excuse or another.Anyways, long story short, I tried to follow up with the courthouse to find out the status of my filing and they DON'T HAVE ANYTHING! WTF?! That was $800 wasted. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, you have been warned. They are nothing but a scam artist (for those who have been scammed by them, I suggest reporting them to the BBB)

I just received paperwork back from the courts. My divorce was filed back in 2021. Courtney charged me over 1200. I had to hire a new paralegal because the phone calls stopped being returned. I hired another new paralegal. I had to provide to the new paralegal some documents so the divorce can be completed. I just got a letter from the courts that my paperwork was messed up, dates, incorrect boxes, and I have to have this corrected and refiled. I am beyond words. I knew Courtney's grama from many years. It's sad how the business has been ruined. Courtney if you read this, shame on you. I really trusted you and you took my money and didn't complete your job. You didn't tell me about court dates, you had my incorrect address, email address and more. Shame on you.

Please do not use this service. I paid Courtney Crawford to file divorce papers. She is incompetent and unethical. I had to go to a divorce attorney to pay again for services she was paid to do. She never returned calls and has excuses for not being able to complete what I paid for. DO NOT HIRE HER FOR ANYTHING. She has destroyed her grandmother's business and reputation. And of course she will never return my money. She is unethical as well and has been reported to fraudulent practices.

I gave them a deposit for a simple legal issue. It turned out the problem resolved itself. I told them I wouldn't need their service and asked them to refund the deposit. Even though they didn't do any work at all, they kept my money.

I had a "simple" filing with the court and then service of another individual. I am 7 weeks out after paying 400.00 for the service and the other individual has not yet been served, have been told twice in two weeks that they already had the paperwork returned from the courts, only to be told later that they did not. I went there to save $$ but am finding that you get what you pay for. The office informed my wife that they are now going to be closed for the next 4 business days with no one to provide service. They are incompetent - do not use this service

No, they are not reliable and I'm not sure that their license is up to date. Check online before you consult with this business.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! My daughter paid these people to serve someone 2 MONTHS AGO and we still do not have confirmation it was handled. My daughter goes to school out of the country and needed me to help her confirm this was completed before she returns home. I've left lots of messages and spoke to office and they said they would look into this. NOTHING AT ALL...NO RETURN CALL...CRICKETS. I LEFT MY CARD ON THEIR DOOR....NOTHING.These are very important documents we trust these people with and they could care less...By reading the other reviews...seems like the same across the board....DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PAPERWORK...IN FACT...DONT TRUST THEM TO TAKE OUT YOUR TRASH...IT WONT GET DONE!!Brian M

I used this service years ago and was happy with their help with legal documents. They filled them out and filed them. I went to use them again in Spring of 2020, I paid $800 to have two different cases prepared by them. I never heard back and no papers were filed. I tried consistently to contact them, I left messages and never got a reply. My feeling is they stole $800 from me. I want my money back for services not rendered.
