I can tell you this, finding an attorney to represent you in an employment suit is like trying to find a piece of gold in a pile of $##&. If you know what I mean.I was so friggen madd the day that I went into this office, (yes that is two D D s) I mean the kind of mad that makes going postal look like duck duck goose,Mr Ibarra took me in a room, and let me just say this, it was hard to stay mad for long periods of time. Instead of taking offense to my sense of humor that usually only I understand. Mr Ibarra did not take it personal. He actually liked my humor and laughed at all the appropriate times. Which tells us one of two things, either he is lucky and nods his head and smiles at all the appropriate times OR He is actually one of us. Meaning that he gets it and he does care. From the moment I walked into that office. Either they knew that I was a loose cannon and I could be instrumentally dangerous or he really did take a personal interest in my case. Neither here nor there. He never let another phone call slip through the cracks. HE fought for me tooth and nail and I believe that if the system would not have had me in a position, as they do with everyone, where I was starving and almost homeless, he would have gotten a lot for me. He did the best could with the situation that was in front of him. Since my case, David did not throw me aside, like a pile of trash unlike my former company that I had devoted my life too. Instead, he picks up the phone through his busy day. He really does care.Im not advising you to go crazy and do what I did, it doesn't work for everyone. You have to have the look like I do for it to work :) But you can know that Mr Ibarra is the shizneck and I absolutely think that he rocks like Slayer. Thank you Mr Ibarra . I think Mr Goldberg should be grateful and thankful that he has this gentleman on his team and everyone should take some pointers from him. I also wanted to say thank you to Mrs Mena who is the paralegal at this law-firm. She is truly the "Rice: behind the President. We all know that when rice stood behind silently the president all those years that she was calling the shots. Well Mrs Mena, you too, rock like slayer! This firm is awesome they helped me with my case and they were always there when I had questions. I would very highly recommend this firm. If you need good attorneys go with them I live 40 miles away and it is worth the drive.

The absolute worst law firm in Fresno I was injured in a workman comp In 2014 They never returned my phone calls I finally just give up

The receptionist for David Ibarra is very disrespectful and not very bright. She cost them me as a client. I could not associate myself with a person like her. If she represents the whole office; I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Not for the sensitive and needy. These are not push over attorneys. Mr. Goldberg is a beast! I can only respect it. Professional and focused they are. Do not expect for these attorneys to baby you nor cater to your every beck and call. They are all the time working on your case once you hire them. the staff are friendly yet slightly incompetent. it has taken over 6 mths for them to get one piece of info from the insurance covering me. service went downhill fast after the senior partner died.

All the office staff has been great! They helped with more than one case over a period of years and even when I was discouraged they were there to help. I greatly appreciate each of the team who assisted me.

10/10 I would recommend. They helped settle my case with ease. Their receptionist & paralegal Eloisa are the best. I felt Eloisa made my case a top priority every time I'd call. I alway recommend this firm!
