This law firm help me tremendously in dealing with unethical living conditions with a slumlord who had given me a 60 day notice after my water heater went out, and I was without hot water for five days because he was upset that he had to buy a new one because it was so old he couldn't find parts for it I was a renter for four years there and always paid my rent every month and had to leave and find new housing which was made a lot easier with this law firm. TAMIE CUMMINS. She might as well put a ski mask on her head and hold a gun to you and rob you of your hard earned money. I've never been so blatantly robbed of my money. She made me pay up front 5k and then once our court date came up. She sends a substitute lawyer in her place. After that, next court date she quit on me after I told her I would not be able to do what had been put in place after the last court hearing. I explained I had a very important job and couldn't take time off. She got mad and dropped my case and took my money. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE! Rather advise to stay clear. She does not care about your case. Only the money in your pocket.

Well let start off I thought for as much as I paid Borton Petrini I would haha gotten way better service. I paid about close to 11 thousand dollars and it was not even worth it. I did a child custody battle and it ended not as I hoped. The father and I should've just came to an agreement in the end because that's basically what happen. My attorney kept telling me to worry about my sleep that think of it that way I can now sleep with the new schedule I got. I was living nothing was really explained to me in our final court date just what he wanted. His visitation. I basically had all this evidence and it was for nothing not only that every phone call every email I was charged for. I was told I could contact any time of course not explained it would be about 150-250 every email or call. If I would have known I wouldn't have wasted my time. I also asked for my paperwork returned because I ended up subbing out from this attorney once my court ended about a month later and asked for my paperwork and copies yet it's been about 6 months and still no originals papers nor copies. I contacted them about my stuff and got charged another 150 just for asking for my paperwork that I have yet received. I asked again in June and still haven't got a word. If you can save your money please please save it these attorneys aren't in it to help just in it for the money that of course I still owe about 4 grand. Mind you this all happened way before COVID so no excuses.

Went in for a consultation with Nancy Stegall. She had a warm personality but then when she realized how many children I had in the case, she judged me right off thinking I was slaving my eldest daughter. Then mentioned I should have a good enough reason to to do a move away judging I'd probably break off with my fiancé so it's not worth the chance of relocating when blah blah blah in California. ‍‍‍ I guess if the case is high conflict, she ain't gonna bother but retain an increasing amount for her pocket.
