What initially drew me to Jerry R Lowe's office was the outstanding client reviews on Google. Despite living in the Bay Area, I chose to work with his office, and I was not disappointed--the reviews on Yelp are truly well deserved! If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.I came to them feeling stressed, with little knowledge of bankruptcy law and facing a deadline. Jerry and his team took excellent care of me, turning what could have been a daunting process into a surprisingly pleasant experience.I want to extend a special thank you to Efern and Ibette, who were incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist me and address all my questions. I have worked with Mr Lowe and his staff for several years now. I have to admit I run to him for everything now! If he doesn't handle it they get you pointed in the right direction. Truly a great person, honest and does not judge or make any comments to ever make you feel less of a person. Always is willing to go the extra mile. If anyone was to have a question for someone who has used jerry in multiple matters feel free to ask anything in reference of their course of business in my opinion if not clear already, if it's a legal matter though, trust me, Jerry and his staff is the one to ask!

I started my Chapter 7 case in July 2015. I worked mostly directly with Efren, under the direction of Mr. Lowe, who did an exceptional job. He was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The trustee prolonged (not the fault of Mr. Lowe's Office) my case for particular reasons, but eventually discharged my debt and closed the case. Mr. Lowe's office kept me informed through the entire process. I'm pretty sure I sent over 100 emails and received a response for everyone of them within 24 hours or less. I went to Jerry Lowe office they were very professional and I was totally upset about my situation. Mr. Lowe assured me that his office could help me and then sent me to Efren. Efren was AWESOME he was totally professional kind and calmed me. This office got my case in court and it was done. Then literally and most 2 1/2 year later a creditor came at me trying to attach my wages. I called Efren and he took care of my problem with in days a letter went out and the very next month everything was stopped with my creditor. I hired him and gave a deposit of $3,500 which he later reimbursed because he knew he was wrong. He failed to file four documents although the judge advised him to do so. He had me sign 4 blank signatures that he stated he would be emailing me for approval, which he never did. His words were, "It wouldn't have made a difference". Now I do not believe he has that write to speak on behalf of the judge. Although the judge denied him from withdrawing from my case, he has NOT, once again done anything but show up without my file. He never had the information needed for the trustee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT HIM !!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BAR AS WELL.

Definitely a great lawyer with great staff. Bankruptcy is never easy. Jerry and his team never made me feel embarrassed or bad about falling on hard times. They made the process so easy! I would absolutely recommend him and his team if you are thinking of filing for bankruptcy.
