Lash Out Loud Eyelash Extensions

On Monday March 25th 2024 I had an appointment with this place. I'm going to be super honest. DO NOT waste your money on this lash place. Don't get me wrong, the staff there are super friendly and nice, of course because that's customer service for your money. The vibes were ok. So imma give 1 star for that. They had an Easter sale for this month for $89 and I thought I would give this place a try. Lord oh lord for my first lashes of the year 2024 ( I do do lashes previously) I was asking for a volume set, and when Rachel did my lashes, I was there for 2 1/2 hours laying there and couldn't feel my butt. After the long hours, she finally was done. But I'm like what the heck?? My lashes were NOT even filled in or volume lashes. I was beyond disappointed for 3 whole days. My back was hurting from laying there that long so I wanted to leave home. During those 3 days the lashes were already falling off and I'm in need for a professional lash tech to fill it in. The front desk girl did call the next day (3/26/24) to see how the lashes were, and I told her about my disappointment. She said she'll have a manger/ owner contact me but failed to do so. Lesson learned. My advice is do not waste your money on this place.

The women here are very professional. Appointments are always on time and they work with your schedule. Space is very clean and neat. I love coming here and relaxing while getting my lashes. Lashes are good quality and long lasting. Highly recommend.

I came during a special deal for first time customers, $89. Irene contacted me and got me booked. She's very friendly and professional. The business is located in an area of clovis I'm not familiar with so I had a bit of a hard time finding their office, but found it!Jasmine did my lashes. It took about 3 hours for my hydrid lashes. It took me a while to get used to them, but I ended up loving them! They've lasted awhile and don't fall off fast like I've had lashes do in the past. Im coming up on my 2 weeks and probably am due for a refill. The lash bonding glue they use allow you to get your lashes wet within 24 hours. I'm still weary of that so I tried to keep them dry for 24 hours, lol. I feel these lashes have been much sturdier than past lashes I've had by other lash techs.Great experience and great customer service. Thank you, Jasmine and Irene!!!

I decided to try Lash Out Loud when they had their Mother's Day special. Had a wonderful service by Angeles, very steady hands and honest consultant. Irene (the owner) is very gracious to her clients. They don't just try to "sell" their most expensive products on you. They tell you the best for your natural lashes so that the extensions work well. For example, I have very little, thin and sparse lashes. Angeles recommended that I wear the 10mm in length. I chose to go with the hybrid because I've never worn professionally-applied extensions. But for my refill, I decided the volume. It felt and looked soooo natural! They also provided a very detailed after-care so that the extensions last. Will definitely return to Lash Out Loud in the near future

We started coming here for an event that I had coming up. The lashes started falling out quickly even though we took care of them. I let them know and it was the owner who said they are now switching adhesives/glue. Our lashes still fell out and the owner was kind of passive aggressive when we told her. I had lashes on my face during my friend's wedding. Did not last. Stopped going here and my daughters and I lashes last way longer going elsewhere.

The service here was amazing. The best lashes I've ever had in my life. I had so many compliments. They stayed in for a very, very long time.

This is a super cute studio great customer service, super relaxing experience and I loved my techs work ! Julia was such a sweet girl and the owner was attentive would recommend coming in I got a full set and they were beautiful.
