La Unica

This is a small bakery in Livingston CA. A hidden gem, I must say! Besides the bread, they have a variety of other items to buy as well. They have ice cream, lots of different herbs for teas, chips, coffee and you can even order 3's Leches cake. Today was my 1st time going there and I was not disappointed.The bread was so soft and delicious. I went around 6:30pm and the bread still tasted fresh. That's pretty amazing to me! It went perfectly with my hot cocoa. The bolillo bread was my favorite. I'm usually very picky when it comes to that type of bread, but it was on point and the best bolillo bread I ever tasted. The lady who was working the cash register was friendly and helpful. The prices were affordable and they have a variety of bread options to choose from. It's a well rounded bakery. I'm so glad I found a bakery here in my little home town.
