La Piazza Ristorante Italiano

Oh, La Piazza. The hold you have on my stomach is absurd at this point. I would be lying if I said I didn't think about this spot at least once a week. Because I do, let's start with their lunch menu. Perfect. The pizza is delicious, and their gorgonzola burger with that creamy sauce, oh lord. And the big potato wedges on the side? Stop! Then you have their flatbreads, their pasta, and I cannot say enough. But I will. Tip: Start with the squash blossoms if they are on the menu. Also, don't forget to ask for oil and balsamic vinegar for your starter bread. You cannot go wrong with any of their pasta. Their chicken piccata is my favorite. Seriously go. The best thing to do is go with a group of adventurous people and order a little bit of every type of thing, and everyone enjoys it all. You will not be disappointed.

Went there this past Saturday for my work party and the service was a little sub par compared to what it usually is or what it once was. I know they recently switched owners, but for starters on meals and or sides like salads you always got shaved parmesans to put on top or even cracked pepper and that wasn't even a option this time around. I ordered 3 mojitos which ended being 4 by the end of the night and the only one that was perfect or near perfect was the first one, all the others were 80-90% lemon juice. Couldn't taste the rum or the simple syrup, so not really sure what it had in it besides lemon juice. For my entree I had ordered a New York Steak with garlic shrimp with a temp of medium rare. Steak was cooked medium well and the shrimp lacked flavor, I would have sent them back, but they were bombarded with orders due to the numerous Christmas parties going on. The QA or whoever was in charge of quality checking things really dropped the ball sadly. The ambience wasn't too bad not that hot, but it was warm. Don't believe the AC unit on the wall was even on.The bill was around $1700 and we still managed to tip $300.I don't know, I don't think i will be back if I come by myself.

This an Italian restaurant located in Tulare; that I would suggest making reservations for. The inside is very nice; with decor of Italy surrounding the walls. The food is good; the bread was delicious. I ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp . It was good; filling but not overwhelming or super heavy. Wish there was more than three shrimps ; hahaha give me at least six lol. My husband ordered the chicken Marsala; it came with mixed veggies. I think it would have been even better if it came with a carb like mashed potatoes or rice ; then the Marsala sauce could even be put on top of it and made the meal more filling. The mixed veggies were aight; but tasteless. The fresh aged Parmesan for the table was a nice touch; you can put on as little or as much as you want on your entrees. The service was good for the most part ; however someone came back to refill our waters, but no one ever refilled our soft drinks or even offered to.

Everything was delicious! Not pictured was the calamari, which I wish we had ordered more of. Cozy atmosphere and our server was great. While the food took a bit of time, it was worth the wait!

This is our go to place when we're driving up to 99 if we hit this area at dinner. We were happy to arrive here at 5:30 PM. We were warmly greeted and go to see by the window.My husband order the carbonara and I ordered the salmon pasta bowl with Bronzino fish . He enjoyed the carbona but it was a little heavier sauce than he is used to. The flavor was really good though. The summer pasta bowl was amazing. I can't wait to get it again.

The whole experience was such a treat. Great staff, the drink options are awesome, the food...perfection. The vibe all together was amazing!!

My Family came to visit thought we would try out some Italian , yelp helped us find La Piazza and my family was in love with the style. They had very super friendly staff from the entrance to the waiter, im sad I didnt get his name but he was so bubbly and friendly! Also was in love with the candle in the entrance ! The noise was very nice and fancy . Then ordered my spicy margarita it was AMAZING!!!! & for food my 8 year old was in love with her pizza I forgot the names of our plates but all the sauces were spot on ! Will be coming back

Honestly, I can say that this is the best Italian food that I have ever tasted the sauce just melts in your mouth. The lemon cheesecake is to die for I highly recommend this is an environment to bring your family for a celebration, a birthday party and anniversary the seating a lot lots of seating, but it is kind of small but it's beautiful outside and inside very welcoming. I think it would look nice at night. I went around dinner time so it was still bright outside, but they have lights on the outdoor patio and by the entrance on the tree, I mean our server was great, she was just excellent Great! customer service clean environment. Food is not even a five or three it's a 10.

Service wasn't horrible, just felt as if server was trying to rush us out of their section/restaurant. As soon as we sat down he set the menus down and asked if we were ready to order. this occurred about three more times. Not complaining about having fast service but instead felt like trying to get us to leave as soon as possible, restaurant wasn't near closing time at all and we had set reservations. Other than that food was great

Love love love this place! Food is great. Perfect for families. We don't go out often because most places aren't worth it. Going back here SOON!
