Superb customer service. Tasty cuisine.Top knotch libations.Music was awesome, and a great balance of different genres.Parking lot not huge, but we had no problem parking (although it was approximately 1700 on a Wednesday)JUST GO ;)JUST GO.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD WILL NOT BE RETURNING. We have been coming to La Parrilla as a family of 6 for a long time. They have always been very nice as well as attentive to their tables. We decided to bring our family here today 01/03/24 to celebrate our teenagers accomplishments in wrestling. We were sat down and given our menus. My daughter gets the same thing every single time we come here. She gets a kids cheeseburger meal with fries and WATER. The cheeseburgers are PLAIN with meat and cheese. The waitress came and took our order with absolutely no issues. After our order was already submitted, our menus were taken, and the waitress left we were then approached by Destiny(THE MANAGER) who stated that the child's menu was for children under 8 and never should have been given to us and we would need to be charged another $1 for her meal! Excuse me hello what? You came to the table to harass us over a dollar when we have a family of 6 and 5 are ordering off the adult menu!? My child eats plain cheese burgers and drinks water so I'm confused on why there needed to be an extra dollar charge and you needed to make an uncomfortable scene over it?? We told her we've been coming here forever and she's always ordered the same thing and it's never been an issue. She would not leave the table until we agreed to pay the extra dollar. I've never been so uncomfortable and have never been approached by a manager for something so petty with a large table. After that scene we were approached again and asked if everything was okay. We explained our frustration and asked for more chips. The waitress says give me one second and walks away. When she finally comes back she then states we would be charged another extra $3 PER BASKET OF CHIPS!! We asked if this has always been the policy and were told it's only enforced SOMETIMES! We have never been charged extra for chips or her meal and we've been coming here for years. By far the worst experience I've ever had brining my family out to eat. Especially when it was to celebrate an accomplishment. YOUR MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND COCKY AND HAS ZERO BUSINESS BEING IN MANAGEMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give you zero stars today I would.

I sat at the bar area, the ambiance was nice and relaxing. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with smiles. The service was great and efficient. I ordered the nachos on the lunch menu they were so good I finished them all! I wish it would have included the jalapeños but it's ok I asked for a side of them. My drink was the Mexican mule not only was it so pretty it was also delicious and strong. My server was Miriam thanks

I've been here a few time but this is the first time I've reviewed this location. Always enjoy getting a molcajete from here, which is more than enough to share with another person. My wife and I came here and ordered one. The meats are great and the chile that it comes with is spicy and delicious. Service was amazing and this is a great place to come with family.Food: 4/5Service: 5/5

They have some pretty awesome food (watch out for the spicy food tho) and the drinks are for real! Service is always great here and they have separate bar area along with tables and booths.

Bad food even worse service. This has been one of my favorite restaurants but recently we had a horrible experience. First the chips and salsa were not provided timely. Also I ordered guacamole to go with the chips that never appeared, pretty much like any type of service When our order was finally taken our drinks were never checked up on. In fact we weren't given water until the last few bites of food. At least that came not like our guacamole.And the food...again I usually love this place but I received a different order and it was very, very over cooked. My friend ordered something with mole sauce. I had a taste, not a fan. He ate it but wasn't throwing a parade.So my order which I've had a million times was the enchiladas casera with potatoes. And what finally arrived 15 minutes before closing? (We arrived over an hour before closing time) I received a plate of overcooked kinda burnt tacos with potato chunks! The enchilada I ordered usually smashed potatoes. See pic to see exactly what I was served. And my final comment- if your seated in the dining area DO NOT sit in the last booth by the wall. They have a fan there and I guess the table is like invisible or something. No one comes to service you and the seat is not stable. Sorry but I used to love this place but after my last visit and the cost of food! I'll be going to another Mexican restaurant!

Stopped in to watch the NFL Playoffs, sat in the bar area and decided to order dinner. I ordered a tall beer and they served chips and salsa. After looking at the menu I decided to order the Chef's Bowl (I have had in the past and it was really good, low carb dinner.)The service was good, food came out quick. Once I had the food it looked much smaller from the past visits. Thinking it was a lunch size, I brought it to the waiters attention, he seemed confused I asked the question and said no that's right and walked off. There was plenty of large shrimp (approx 6) but the veggies were lacking quantity. I love Brussels Sprouts, maybe 3 halves. Although it tasted good, the portion size was more like a lunch serving, ordered at 7pm on a Sunday night. I asked for a refill of chips and the waiter said it would cost $3.50, I told them no thank you. The table next to me ordered a refill on the cabbage dip, they were told $2.00. I understand costs have increased, but it wasn't like I ordered water and asking for free chips. I just ask if I could get a small amount to finish my dinner.The environment is nice here and the food is good. I will be back, will not order the chefs bowl again for $18 it's not worth it.

Second time here. I went with the taco truck burrito. I failed to get a pic. It was good for and I would get it again. We also had the shrimp fajitas which I was told was good. If anything as lagging here it was just feeling like our waitress didn't have time. She seemed rushed and forgetful. I think she was overwhelmed. That can happen in the food industry.

If I could give 0 stars I would stale home made tortillas they mess up my whole order then are rude about it no I'm sorry nothing just shitty customer service server no help just horrible service and food chewy ass barbacoa stale ass chips and salsa and only thing ok was the drinks guy was fast other than that everything ambience was was bland as whack I've been to Chinese places serving canned sodas with better mood than this place If possible Skip and go to another place or just stop across the way at chicken barn or McDonald's down the street plus manager hostess was rude as well
