La Nails

Loved my nails, done by the owner, But terrible experience! When asked what brought me in, i explained my boyfriend was taking me to Hawaii that night etc., blabbering about my excitment. while the owner was finishing my nails, the Mexican nail technician there insisted on helping and will take my payment. I didnt think much of it so i handed her my credit card, and made a comment that i mustve left my debit card with my boyfriend, and if they took credit, she said yes and walked to the back,she was taking longer than usual to process a payment, came back and handed me my receipt. And i left for the day and went out of state for the weekend. Less than 24 hours of arriving in Hawaii I get a call from my bank saying there was someone trying to make a purchase in Fresno. (Let me remind you i was already in Hawaii)I KNOW its gotta be from her. I dont buy online items or use it publically with this particular credit card, i dont use it elsewhere other than for monthly bills that are automated for how many years prior to my visit here last month. Ghetto area. Ghetto workers. Other than being a victim of fraud, the owner did a beautiful job on my nails.

I love the staff here, they're super friendly and talkative. Although I'm not too fond of how late my nail tech was. I made an appointment at 9:30 but I believe she arrived at almost 10 something. But it's okay, it's understandable, things happen. She did a great job on my nails but towards the end she started getting frustrated. Then started to rush. My nails costed me $50. I think they look amazing but I feel like the design was not worth $50.

I wouldn't even give them ONE STAR. First of all I went to go change my gel color on my toes and natural nails. Just change the color not even get a pedicure or a manicure just change the color. They were not busy I was the only one in there. When I left she told me it was going to be $40 for a gel color change. I looked at her and asked what's the $40 for ? She said , $20 for your toes and $20 for your nails. I paid and I just left. I wouldn't pay $40 for just a color change . I give credit when credits due. That place isn't in the best place to be over charging for no reason. I won't be going again

Horrible job, came in with decent length nails and come out with bubble short nails. She supposedly did the dip gel. I asked for white and she said "you like this one". It was a clear off white color. Once she was completely done she asked if I like them I said "they're ok". She was super offended when I said I wanted white. As angry as she was she applied a white gel top coat. Not once was I asked to was my hands. My hand are so dusty. I'm not an a hard person to please, but this place rubbed me the wrong way. Over charged for gel nail Polish only, The person doing my nails did not listen to what I wanted at all. She did what she liked, she took a long time because she stopped to wax 2 other persons while completing my color change only. She soaked my hand in Acetone.I have gel run down on side of my nails beds that's is annoying and cannot be removed unless filed down.My nails look sloppy and messy for a $20 gel color change that took an hour..

Decided to come here with my relatives for the first time - just needed a quick fill nearby for the holidays. Was greeted by friendly workers who made sure we were satisfied with our nails! Will definitely be back!

The ladies are nice because they have to be, you can tell it's not genuine. I've come here 3 times and regretted it each time because it's just far too over priced for basic services. I got a fill with gel and it cost me $35. My full set plus basic-no gel-pedicure was $75 all together. What a rip off. Also, they purposely speak down on other businesses to scare you out of trying something thing new but I went anyways to a place down the street and got BETTER services for $20 full set. 2 weeks later, still hasn't chipped or anything. Oh and the wait time? Let's just say I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours. Every time I come I'm never seen without waiting at least an hour, and for what? There's better fish in the sea.

Nancy did an amazing job on my nails. I went to her needing a fill and wanting a color change from a previous nail set I got done elsewhere, that was a total mess, and she totally came to the rescue and saved my hands. I highly recommend asking for Nancy. She's super nice and takes her time. Only thing is $30 for a fill was a little pricey to me but totally worth walking out super satisfied.

Love this place first time getting my nails done and went here Nancy is very sweet and friendly , over all pleased with my nails going again soon
