La michoacana plus Hanford,CA

The best ice cream in California! All my friends and coworkers love it, we come in almost every week. Hanford location is awesome!

I'm not sure why people are hating this place, but my experience all the time is great. Im a family of four, so we always come here to get ice cream. We're always served with care they gave us some samples to see which ice cream we want. In summer, I would get my favorite ice cream, which is lemon. They've got some good mexican candies. It may be small, but the building inside is colorful and bright and mainly clean too.

pulled up at 9:59 I waited until 10:15 they still weren't open ! Change the time on your resturant if your not prepared to open at the time you guys have. Ruined my day was really craving pineapple and mango.

Absolute worst experience, lady with thick eyebrows was very rude to us and didn't let us finish ordering since we had a big order she never asked us if our order was completed and when we got to the register we told her we needed 4 more ice cream scoops and she told us she doesn't add any thing to an order if we're at the register which is stupid bcuz like I said she never asked us if we were finished and we told her it was going to be separate since we got there and ignored us and said she was gonna charge us all together and said she was gonna make us go all the way to the back of the line for our other icecream scoops. Definitely needs to be more organized and write down the orders, terrible customer service, they should train there workers better if they want to stay in business.

Food is pretty good, but the store overall is small and the way you order is really disorganized and messy
